Jeff from Northstar made this an extremely painless process for me. I hired him the first time we spoke; He estimated and completed the job in half the time as his competitor. He was significantly less expensive. He went above and beyond for accuracy on my surveying and he came to my home (15 miles away from the work site) to close the deal. Don't waste time calling anyone else for land surveying!

Jeff was polite, professional and accomodating in completing this elevation survey. He went above and beyond by helping me understand what dictates the flood plain and ultimately the cost of flood insurance to me. He was timely in work completion, producing the documents for presentation to my loan officer and insurer in an efficient, professional manner within a matter of days. I have already referred him to other people who could benefit from his services.

. I am completely happy with the job. The price was reasonable. They came when they said they would. Preformed the work as stated in the quote provided. Jeff Hofmann and his crew were pleasant to work with and took time to answer all my questions. Jeff spent time with me going over the final drawings and what things on them meant. I would definitely recommend them: the price was right, the people were friendly and the work product was great.
