Very satisfied

Had to wait a week for part as many suppliers were out...this was not Northstar's issue., Cost was $618 which seemed high, but I didn't want to shop around. I recommend Northstar.

'i thought that my expensive wall heater would need to be replaced, but they were able to do a service and get it back up and running like new the same day.

Nice gentleman. Took time to explain. No browbeating or intimidation tactics.

Customer service was excellent, at first the job was not going to be able to be done today due to the holiday. Received a call they found a supply house open two hours later weâ re done. The price was higher than anticipated but Jesus was very polite worked clean

I was surprised (pleasantly) that Northstar is a small business. Every person I spoke to made me think it was a bigger company. They were so professional and kind. The tech who came out was so nice and helpful. Felt he was so trustworthy. I ended up buying a 2 year service (price was so reasonable) because they were so good. I highly recommend as it is so difficult to fine trustworthy people to do work around the house. I agree so much with others said - they responded immediately, didn't kill me on price, excellent communication.

The repair crew is prsessional and also stayed calm in dealing with surprise conditions. Great services. Juan wrote up the quote, I thought he might be just sales,but he actually hand on did the work. He knows his staff!

they were the only ones who responded, and they did so in seconds of completing the request. very good service, good communication to from their service center. they are coming out next week to do another unrelated project. highly recommended
