Great customer service, professional, on time & did a great job. Peter is fantastic to work with & after cleaning & servicing the fireplace he cleaned the gutters which I had scheduled as well but he did not have it on his schedule. You cannot go wrong hiring this company. Thank you Peter.

Cost was more than I expected(almost$400), but the job was difficult. Some gutters hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Still waiting for the first rains to see how good the job was.

They did a thorough job of cleaning gutters and down spouts. They were professional and knowledgeable. But they did not do a good job of cleaning up after they were done, e.g. a trash bag of debris was left in backyard, driveway was left littered with debris, and they borrowed a hose and left it uncoiled after use.

Also cleaned fireplace flue. Technique was unprofessional. I would not use them for this again. Gutter cleaning seemed to be well done but the worker did not use a safety harness.

Very complicated job -- large bee hive in chimney and MANY bees not interested in being removed. Peter had to come back 3 times and improvise ways to coax the bees out, AND he did it! He tried to save us money in his approach to our problem. Hope we never again need the bees removed, but will call to keep the chimney clean. Very professional and extraordinary customer service.
