One of the most professional companies I have hired. Arrived on time, completed the job in the specified time, and cleaned up leaving no trace they had been there.

Alton repaired a vintage gas fireplace with an electric light that most fireplace repair organizations are unfamiliar with. He performed a fast clean repair and provided helpful information on repair parts. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I have used this company to clean my rain gutters. They appeared to have done a very good job of cleaning, but I do think the price was a bit high.

The guys seemed to do a good job cleaning the gutters, but they left big brown marks on one side of the house; unfortunately, I didn't see it until after they left. Similarly, I didn't realize that I hadn't been given a receipt or any kind of paperwork until they had already gone. I sent two emails to Northstar asking for a receipt, and to date, I still haven't received a response.

I am happy that they came out and solved my problem. I was in a dangerous situation and didn't realize it. The guys were respectful and easy to talk to. I look forward to working with them in the future and using my fireplace.

I would give them a 7 out of 10. They said they were done but a section of the house gutter was not touched and the garage had not been done. I stood outside and watched them to make sure it was done correctly.
