They did not inspect the whole chimney flue. They should of TV'd the flue instead of using cell phone camera and just inspecting just the last two liners.

I believe they did an adequate job. However. they left a heavy bag of the stuff they removed from the gutters. Two e mails, and a number of telephone calls to the company and the bag was never removed. I am disappointed because when I contacted the company they respond immediately and sound very competent. I do not believe I would hire them in the future.

Had to wait 5 hours without any calls letting me know they were going to be late; when they did arrive - they didn't cover any of the furniture and left a mess of black soot all over them. Had to pay for my housekeeper to come out again and clean up their mess.
