This company was very POLITE, and PROFESSIONAL from the beginning to the end. They were also meticulous in their clean-up, and very reasonably priced. Lou was a pleasure to deal with, and spotted the problems I was having right away, and told me what they would be doing to correct them. His placement of down spouts assured me there would be no more draining in the driveway or toward the house. The other companies merely came and asked what I wanted done, without looking at the house and making suggestions. This was a project that was long overdue, and I am so happy that I hired them. You will NOT regret hiring this company for your gutter repairs or installations. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This professional company did an excellent job on the seamless gutter/downspout replacement at my home. Every step of the process was excellent, including communication, estimate, job scheduling, job performance and cleanup. Kyle and Lou were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them and would hire them again if needed.

My husband and I hired this company to replace our gutters approximately 3 weeks ago. I was provided with this company's information through home advisor and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided. We had 4 different companies come to our home to give us estimates. NorthStar was the best not only in terms of their price but customer service. The person that showed up for the initial estimate was the same person (Lou) who returned to do the work along with his brother. It seems that this is a family owned business and thus they really care about their customers. He was friendly, professional, and reliable. I dont usually use my time to write any reviews but this time I decided to take some time only because I am extremely satisfied and of course I hope this review helps another family in their search for a reliable and dependable gutter company.
