I was impressed for the answer and follow up. As soon I contacted them, they came to my house and they sent me e-mail with the estimate. I must add that I compared with other companies, however their Northstar had the best service and the best price. I would use them again and I would recommend too.

I contacted them in the morning and that same afternoon Jim (owner) was at my house to repair the system. One hour later I was up and running with nice cool air. Very professional and enjoyable to work with. I asked about an annual service contract and signed for spring and fall furnace and a/c checkup. Highly recommend their service.
