They came on time and finished the job in a timely fashion. However, they forgot to put back a valve cover. We had to call several times and then we were told that they had already replaced it. And they did but never informed us when they came to replace it. A little more communication would have definitely saved some time. Last year when I had my sprinkler system winterized, the specialist did one zone at a time and did not take any short cut. He would turn on one zone at a time and do the blow out and that seemed the right way to do it. But Northway Irrigation did all zones at the same times with which I really did not feel comfortable.
