Ian does a top contractor who is also reasonably priced. Other contractors did not offer me the customized solutions for some unique layout issues. He had clear opinions, but he actively seeks understanding what the client wants. He was always prompt, reliable, and efficient. One time, I decided to make a last minute change in the synthetic deck color. He twisted arms to get the order changed , and I saw from the Timber Tech website that the new color was more expensive. When I offered to pay the difference, he said no because the guys he used to set the foundation were faster than he had budgeted in the quote! I have done many projects, and have never gotten that response. Ian Grant, the owner, is equally competent, honest, and ethical. On top of all this, he was the lowest bidder. He will be my go to person for future construction projects. He is such a pleasure to work with I am recommending him to friends and don't think I will bother to get competitive bids. He absolutely deserves Home Advisor's top certification.

I hired this company to tear down my wooden deck and replace it with a larger trex deck. The owner, Ian Grant, was personally involved, throughout the process . I was able to choose the design, the railing and the exact decking materials that I wanted. The finished product is amazing. Everyone who has visited my home and spent time on the deck - has marveled at how nice it is and commented on the transformation from the wooden deck (which was OK - but not amazing). The entire team was knowledgeable and professional. This deck was completed in August (2020) and has been a gathering place for friends and family (as we can safely visit and keep our social distance). Iâ m so grateful that I decided to move ahead with this project (in spite of Covid 19) and so grateful to Ian and his team who did such an amazing job. I am sure that I will hire them again for other projects and refer them to friends and family, as well.
