We hired this firm based on the reviews to remove a concrete pad, add insulation and re-pour at a lower depth all around, so we add underfloor heating. The owner and staff were great to talk to, but the quality of work and outcome let us down. We are now without a floor that can have electric heat, since it was poured too high. The owner did offer a second visit to make it level but expected me to cover the concrete costs at first. The overall project cost me just short of $6000 and is essentially a total waste of time and money. To say I am upset is an understatement.

This is a late review. I hired them two years ago to cut out part of the basement floor for a plumbing project and dispose of the concrete. They did an excellent job for a very fair price. Would definitely hire them again.

Garrett did an extremely professional and meticulous job on our project. We would definitely have these folks do additional work for us.

Northwest concrete helped us to cut back and clean up messy concrete deck footings that had blobs of concrete outside the forms poured by another contractor. They were fantastic to work with. Vince handled the consulting, and Kyle did the actual work. They were responsive, quick and knew exactly what we wanted to accomplish. I highly recommend them!!!

We had a fish pond that was in the front yard that we no longer could keep clean and Kyle, Garret & Branon got it all out in 1 hr, they arrived the day they said they would and did a great job of getting it out and cleaning it up. Very professional!

Firstly I would like to say what a professional service. My project was a last minute obstacle we faced and Vince totally accommodated me. When I explained the job, he gave me a very reasonable quote for job and especially hauling. The boys Kyle and Garrett did a fantastic job, a clean cut of the concrete and left the place clean and spotless. They were friendly and so professional considering what a difficult job. I will recommend northwest concrete cutting at any given time to anyone. Not just the professional work, cost friendly and quick accommodating service. Fast and affordable

Enjoyed fast responses to receive a bid and to do the work. Removing all of the small concrete debris could have been a lot better. Much was left behind.

NW Concrete was prompt to remove my concrete and did a superb, tidy job, not harming any surrounding plants.
