Worked fast, knew what I would like after I described some ideas for readying my home for listing in the future, and needed it plain, clean, organized, easy for me to keep tidy despite my work schedule and our weather. I appreciated their neatly putting aside extra building items new buyer may want, plus many other innovative tips they carried out while I was at work. This is the best team I've experienced , and will gladly recommend Corey's team.

Company was responsive with good communication. Originally hired for sprinkler work but we had them do another side of our yard which was not part of the bid. Colby and team were very good about making sure I understood the extra costs. My sprinklers are now working well because of updates to our system. We're very happy with their work.

They've been doing mowing my lawn for 4 years now and I've never had any problems with schedule. Occasionally, the cut is uneven when the grass is long but they have been very responsive to complaints resulting in a great cut every time.

Northwest Construction & Landscape Contractor's bid was within $50.00 of other bid for a project that run about $13,ooo.oo with tax. Surprised me too. The working crew was courteous and newer stoped or rested until lunch. They all spoke english and were very friendly. They will do countours, inlays or any pattern you wish. They did a short sidewalk for free that I asked how much more. They expanded the project at my request after the project was started. Truth is....my wife and I like them.

Very professional company. Provides 12 month twice a month landscape maintenance. On time and has done a very professional job on initial cleanup and ongoing service.

We decided to conceed defeat to the moss and have the lawn torn out and replaced. Colby came over and did a thorough assessment of our yard. He talked to us at length about the sod vs hydro-seed then provided us with two very complete bids. We also needed a spring clean up on the rest of the yard. His crew did a wonderful job with the clean up. This smaller part of the job didn't get lost in the shadow of the lawn. As for the grass we went for hydro seed. Colby has been very hands on with project and the followup. Meeska in the office is also great to work with. I'm confident we'll be equally pleased with the continuing maintenance.

There was initially a misunderstanding between us and what the owner thought we wanted accomplished; but following that and after clearing that up. It was easy sailing, and the owner (Mr. Colby Brand) and his crew (especially Mr. Jeff Matheson) did an outstanding job making sure we were happy with the end result. We were very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

They cleaned up very well, my neighbor thought that they did very good work. They are meticulous, did a really good job. If I have any complaints they would come back. He did come a week later, made sure that I was happy.
