Gary told us exactly what we wanted to hear, unfortunately, most of the time it was not true. Like others have said, the ordering of items was wrought with problems, three vanities, two tubs, how much can really go wrong? The job was to be completed in a week in January. It was not completed until the end of March, for a 8 X 8 bathroom. All of the guys were so kind and the work that the others did was great. This job got caught up in the issues from the owners accident. However, Communication was bad, the grout on the wall was two different colors, a pony wall had to be moved twice. It was quite the cluster.

Communication from Gary was very lacking. Often showed up way after the time he said he would or would no show and not say anything until I reached out. The work was done with no attention to detail. Painting looked like it was his first time. Got paint on walls that were not supposed to be painted. Then tried to cover it up with mismatched paint. Every issue seemed to have an excuse. Gary still has about 30 minutes of work left to do but did not show up when he said he would and has since stopped replying. The positive I have is the crew did do good work on the flooring part of the work. They were also nice and respectful when they were working. I would not recommend hiring them.

A serious accident causing injury to Joe, their tile person, interrupted the job and delayed other jobs too. Our shower, towel rods, safety bars are not up yet. Damage in transit to shower doors has delayed completion of the project. We found them trustworthy, mannerly, and thorough. Gary spent late hours . We would recommend this group. They are doing a good job.

They do excellent work and have very good manners and the crew works so good together and work hard in a timely matter. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone that wants a good job done.
