Be sure to check your invoice for correct charges. A permit fee appeared, there was no permit for my job. Four incompatible owner supplied retrofits we're installed, invoice showed 8. There should've been no charge. Invoices are still coming with erroneous charges. The rep said their record shows the electrician worked 12 hours. He arrived at 8:30 and left mid afternoon. The chandelier installation and assembly went well. Miserable customer service experience and poor communication. No one has corrected the invoice. They're still sending them electronically. I do not recommend.

They came out the next day to do the estimate. They had an opening the following day and we were so pleased with the installation team. A+ rating

The general manager called me to understand the problem and he was able to send out a technician next day to my residence to help with our mini split ductless HVAC system. The technician was young but clearly experienced and was able to deduce a very simple and immediately fixable filter problem that ended up solving our issue (which we thought was a leak!). He saved us a ton of time and money. In comparison, a few days before, we had hired a well known, $$$ HVAC technician to figure out what was going on - he took 4x as long and charged a bunch more money and he did not find the filter at fault. In fact, they were going to charge us $12,000 to do a leak detection and repair. So, we are so appreciative of NW Expert Heating! Thank you Virgil!

The guy came to give us a estimate and then took off without saying anything. I understand that he spoke to the city and whatever was said made the job "too much for them to handle" is what they said when I called into the office to figure out what happened, after the technician told me he couldn't find a single issue with the property. I guess it comes down to how you want to be... I was honest about what the city was doing to keep the power off, and it really just comes down to doing the right thing. The technician found nothing wrong, just like the other licenced electrician we asked for an estimate told us...but when the power Co and the city inspector are the same, they can do whatever they want.

Charles was awesome and did a great job with no pushy sales tactics but amazing service. Straight forward excellent service!

Charles completed a maintenance tune-up on our A/C and furnace including burner, capicitor, and blower motor. Would highly recommend.

Technician Virgil, knowledgeable and thorough to fix the factory defects of our new furnace that was recently installed. He is reliable and able to fix the defects at one visit. I highly recommend his excellent and professional service.

Very honest service. They have Google nest pro in their group. Fair price. I recently have some electrical issue at my house. Zach the electrian was excellent at finding the problem, and he went above and beyond to check the ground connection in one of the room in the house. I was very impressed by his workmanship. Definitely will ask for him again to do more electrical work at my house.

Poor experience with Northwest Expert. Technician tried to upsell me on unnecessary parts and equipment. Said I had a gas leak coming from my furnace and my outdoor unit's condenser was going out? PSE confirmed there was no gas leak and another HVAC company inspected my 4 year old outdoor unit and confirmed the condenser was working properly. Sorry, don't trust your company anymore.

I purchased a HeatPump system for my house but there was some issue after the installation. After a few times troubleshooting, NW helped to find and fix the issue. Glad that they are persistence in troubleshooting for their customers.

I had a 4-Zone Heat Pump installed and couldn't be happier with the result. Richard Scott was quick to do an estimate and was very professional, no pressure. Oleg and his team did a very good job with the installation that took a day. The electrician also did a good job, it was done in half a day. The price was fair and competitive compared with the other cotractors who came by. As Richard said, "Enjoy your new HVAC." We are definitely enjoying the benefits. Richard was great. A true pleasure to work with and went out after installation to double check that everything met our needs. The installers did a very good job as well. The only issue I did have is that there seemed to be a bit of confusion on product pricing as well as delivery. The office could be more organized in product procurement. It isn't an easy job, I know, it was my job for another company nearly 40 years ago, but she does have a bit of learning and organizational skills that need to get tuned up.

Richard and excellent sales person making sure we purchase the correct unit for our home. No big sales pitch! The technicians that did the work were awesome! Completed the work in a very timely manner, cleaned up the area perfectly. Would highly recommend this company!

I procured 5 bids and these guys beat all of them by far. I also like that they were a local company. Richard explained all my options clearly. When I decided to go with NEH they promptly scheduled it and it was done in one day. The workers were professional and all the installation work was done perfectly. I Highly recommend these guys. Also I am a real stickler for neat and tidy work of the wire runs and pipe runs. They took my concerns and did what I asked with no issues. Can't go wrong with this company. The A/C system they installed will make me cool again. HA HA

They are absolutely freaking awesome! They came back after I had missed him in the morning with no problem and no additional fee. They found the problem quickly solved it quickly and charged me hardly nothing for the service it was absolutely perfect I paid $100 for everything that they did! And the service guy was on top of it and very very polite they are now my one and only furnace service company

Northwest Expert Heating, LLC was a great company to work with. We had a furnace that failed, and out of all the people in the area we called they were the only ones who were available within 24 hours to come out. They determined we needed a new furnace and within just a couple days they had a new one installed. A few days after the install they came out again to make some fine tuning adjustments to the new equipment to make sure that things were just right. The folks at Northwest Expert Heating, LLC are very pleasant, easy to talk to, informative, with excellent in home customer service. I would highly recommend them for all your home heating and cooling needs.

They set an appointment, were timely, reinspected my furnace first to see if the problem we were told was correct, prepared me a great quote and came back that same day and installed a new furnace. Very nice people with excellent service

They were great to work with. Quote was spot on and was able to quote over the phone and through pictures. They were able to get me an appt within a week. A little hiccup was they arrived on appt date with the wrong unit but they were apologetic and worked with the warehouse to get them the correct unit the next day even though the warehouse was closed. They came the next day, installed and did great! These guys won't let you down

The work ended up great, but they were not honest about backordered parts. They said they would not start until all parts were in (Covid-19 related issues) but then called to make an appointment. I took that to mean the parts were in. Then I find out after they were in the process of installing the system that the part wasn't in and wouldn't be for a while, and the project would only partially finished at that time. I had in the mean time paid them 60% down to start the job. Then they asked for the entire bill to be paid after the partial installation, but our contract clearly stated payment due upon completion. I agreed to pay all but $2000 because I sympathized with them needing working capital to continue in these difficult times, but it made me upset that they asked for the entire balance by saying "well now it looks like you owe us some money" instead of explaining their dilemma. Then the backordered part took a very long time and it became obvious that they knew it would, but that detail was never communicated to me. They asked for full payment for a job they knew couldn't be completed for over a month. Then I discover that no permits were obtained and no inspections scheduled. They were evasive about this when I asked, saying that is taken care of by Eddie, then Eddie saying that is Richard's responsibility. Hmm. That took another couple of weeks to iron out. But, the end result is that I have a great system, put in correctly, professionally and up to code, for several thousand dollars less than any other company was offering. These are difficult times and companies are trying to figure out how to make it, so I mostly understand, but I hope that in the future they are more straightforward about how things are going on their end, and communicate with their clients more openly. Would I recommend them? Yes I would.

Without reading any further into my personal experience, I would and have recommend(ed) Northwest Expert Heating to anyone needing HVAC services. Eddie, his dad and brother are great guys, knowledgeable, easy going and respectful. Company * Competitively priced * Family owned, operated - father and sons own and install * Salesperson has interesting approach and a bit unique, but he was great about being able to work within my budget and come up with best solution for us, responsive with questions and concerns * Sell different brands. Some companies are limited to one brand i.e Daikon, Mitsubishi etc. and push the one they have My house * 1920â s, 2 levels and basement (3 total levels) * originally with gas furnace in basement, ducted throughout New System * Daikin Heat pump,1 wall unit in living room,1 wall unit basement, 1 ducted attic unit for top floor to bathroom, 2 bedrooms Good- * each level can turn on off and regulate tempurature * Able to remove my furnace and make more room in my basement * We now have AC ð * Wall units are pretty decent at the â Automaticâ setting for the fan and temperature regulation Could be better (not bad) - * The temperature guage for the ducted unit is in the hallway(as most systems probably are) where you use the remote to operate, issue is the temp in the rooms could be colder/hotter than the hallway, so we end up having to keep the doors open to regulate(also the air return is there so it needs to do itâ s thing) * Obviously the wall unit in the living room may not be the best to look at, I did get the best looking one by Daikon though and dont mind it, but it does actually â blowâ the air, so we are unable to put any plants in the pathway of the air movement because it heats it up too much in winter, it makes a blowing noise like any fan would (ducted systems dont make any fan sound obviously) * Heat out of wall units are not burning hot like a furnace * basement bedroom doesnt get that much heat from the wall unit, but I when deciding on system and accepted this sacrifice, better than nothing Installation process * Good: * The guys were great, dad and son came for installation * quiet, efficient, cleaned up * Few issues all communicated and taken care of timely * Tricky tight space outside to install the heat pump and they worked with me through it and it passed. * Issues: * Inspection - only problem with the attic unit not being lifted off the â floorâ giving enough space for servicing, they fixed * Intallation - One issue that was not so understanding nor happy with was that when they had ran the connections from the wall unit in the living room to the Heat Pump and drilled a HUGE 4" hole in my floor joist, more than half the width. But, it appeared this large of a hole was not needed to run through the joists as the same connections were run through the exterior of the house to the heat pump with a much smaller hole. Follow Up Service * There has been a couple small â emergenciesâ * I had some electrical done, which clogged the return filter of plaster dust and made the system start leaking water on my ceiling. I guess this might not have been a problem if there was not a clog, but it did raise a flag to the unit being slightly tilted and uneven and making the overflow redirect away from proper overflow draining tubes. * Not their fault at all, I started noticing leaking on my exterior wall and thought it was the condensation from my wall unit in living room. They were able to come out right away and fix. The problem turned out that my basement contractor had cut and removed the condensation tube that led to outside so it was just dripping within my walls. Overall, these guys are great, and with expensive investments like your HVAC system, itâ s nice to know that their team stands behind their work and products and are there...
