Joe did a great job removing moss and cleaning our roof and also pressure washing our wood fence. He made the fence look practically new!

Rescheduled me once then was late on the rescheduled date due to employee MIA with company vehicle. They showed me pictures of their work during and after. Disappointed that the product they used to alkaline my roof was also sitting in my garage. Biggest disappointment was cleanup. I had debris all around my house except for the driveway. Just discovered what they did clean up dumped in the back corner of my flowerbed. 10 feet back in the back corner okay but in my flower bed. Almost a week later, I am still cleaning up moss

He went about his business quickly, still being polite to customers. Also, he managed to make it happy and fun.

Roof/gutters had not been cleaned in over two years. The original quote was for roof/gutter cleaning of the home and roof cleaning of an adjacent shed. Requested to add exterior window washing via phone, shortly after on-site estimate. Rescheduled by the company twice. First, reschedule occurred hours before they were to arrive due to an emergency. At first, reschedule, the company offered to add a second shed roof, at no cost. After a second reschedules, the company reduced the price for window cleaning, by 50%. On the day of work, due to a shortage of workers, (only one person performing work), not all work quoted was completed. Work completed was only homeâ s roof/gutter cleaning. It rained near the end of their time on the job and some downspouts had chunks of debris coming out. Debris from the roof was not adequately cleaned up. First-floor windows ended up with dirt/grime on it. Moss and debris were blown off the concrete patio and onto the rock path. There is also remnant moss on the roof that may go away after the treatment takes effect. The owner of the company reduced the bill by 7.7%. The company owner was friendly and courteous and communication was prompt.

Did quality work as expected. Good communication and was able to adapt to my expedited request, even doing the work on a Sunday. Note this was not pressure washing but the preferred brush based moss removal method.

They did a great job with the cleaning and moss removal of the roof, it was pretty bad. When finished they did a great job cleaning up. Thanks Joe & Dennis.

Joe absolutely did a great job! Hard working and honest. Prices are fair w/no pressure to hire. No price gouging attempts like I experienced with another company. Northwest Exterior was a breath of fresh air! Northwest Exterior did a great job cleaning the roof/gutters, and was mindful of operating within Covid protocols. Very safety conscious when up on the roof as well. Joe was very courteous, professional, and thorough when cleaning up after himself. I felt like he treated the job as if it were his own home. I will be going to Joe and Northwest Exterior from now on, and based off my experience- I highly recommend.
