I'm making this post just to share my bad experience with Northwest exteriors, and help YOU with your decision. Please search, do your homework, do yourself a favor, do not hire Northwest Exteriors! He is not the same as a good salesman, other than cheap labor installers. The damage is already done at my house. This company use a non experience laborer for installation, apprentices per their own statements. The manager never show's up to see the performance, or quality of this work. They made a big mess, cut frames with grinders and concrete blades, damaged walls during installation, damaged new windows during installation, and the cuts are terrible! Not to mention sliding glass doors! After days waiting for the "special day" of the new windows to be installed, everything went wrong. To make a long story short - yes, they did try to fix the situation, but they used the same Glass from the broken windows, and mix them with different frames to "make it right". What they don't know is that - A new window - should be a new window! A new door - should be a new door! Yes, a second mess! Now - I not only have a repaired windows installed, I now have damage walls that I have to be repaired, and my house alarm system is useless! I also have to fix the rooms with touch-up of paints with no paint match, etc. Not happy at all, truly a nightmare. Tom Otts who people call "the owner" is trying to make a 50% off, but no pay for damages they caused! This is not acceptable at all! I want a new product! I want a new windows, new doors, and now he is trying to put a lien in my house, yes I accept the discount to end with this nightmare, but he doesn't want to pay for his damages, you can be the judge, at the end I know this will be resolve one way or another, if I want used windows, I may get it from a swap meet, but please just consider this post in mind. You as a customer deserve to be happy. If you still decide to go with Northwest Exteriors just keep in mind this review, your home is the most valuable asset.

Very happy with the service and product

I am very please with this company and the patio overhead they built. It turned out better then I expected. The workmen were curtious, punctual, and finished the job on schedule. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding customer service and expert installation. Two man install team took their time and stayed on site for 11 hours completing my whole house (10 window) install. Windows are top-notch quality and are living up to the three hour presentation given by their former general manager. Would definitely recommend Anlin Del Mar windows and Northwest Exteriors to install them.

I was very happy with the sales rep and his demonstrations and the installers were respectful and professional.
