Great fence, would have given them 5 stars except they cut a small tree down without asking and moved a planter on top of other flowers, killing them.

I am so happy with the new fence. They completed the job in two days and it looks great. I did not go with the least expensive quote and I am very glad I did not. This is so much sturdier and better looking than our old fence which we did on the cheap and it will definitely last longer.

Robert worked with me to repair the fence instead of replacing the whole fence. Other contractors said that my fence needed a total replacement job which cost a lot more. Robert listened to my needs and he gave excellent ideas to address the problem with my falling fence. He also worked with me to find a cost-effective alternative to a new fence near a small stream that would contain the dog that we plan to get in the near future. 8-8-18 I am a senior citizen and had a section of wood fencing that detached itself from the posts it was connected to. Because of rotator cuff problems with my shoulder, I am unable to raise the section up to re-attach it to the posts. I went on Homeadvisor.com to get some estimates for the job. The fencing companies I contacted were all nice and told me it would not be worth it for me to hire them to nail a section of fence back as they have minimum charges which would be comparatively high just to nail a single section of fence back to the posts. When I called Northwest Fence, I prefaced my conversation with “This job might be too small for you” and then explained my job to them. To my surprise, Robert said he would come by my home in 30 minutes and re-attach the section of fence for me. Not only did he re-attach the fallen section to my posts, he only charged me $25. I was astonished at this low cost for the job as I know he would have to pay Homeadvisor.com for giving him my name as a lead. Robert did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fence repaired or installed. I thanked him for his willingness take such a small job and he said he took the job because I needed the assistance. The world needs more people like him.

Rob responded to request to replace fence posts and reset panels within the same afternoon. He offered the best price and solutions for restoring my fencing to many years of functional use. Scheduling was handled promptly. He and Rich arrived the following week to repair the fence and made onsite decisions to clean up wood rot. The fence looks as good as new.
