Northwest Poly Services, LLC

We'll Lift You Up!

Northwest Poly Services specializes in lifting concrete. We’re here to help our fellow residential, commercial, and municipal neighbors repair their sunken concrete slabs, walkways, and stairs. Our Pacific Northwest climate makes large demands on our soil, often causing our sidewalks, garage floors, and concrete slabs to settle and become uneven. This can lead to trip hazards, or worse, more major problems like drainage and soil erosion. Let us help! By drilling a small hole through your sinking concrete and injecting our poly foam solution, we can lift those problem areas level again. We serve Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan Counties. Give us a call or send us an email for a Free Estimate. Our service comes with a 25 Year Transferable Warranty and proceeds from every job go right back to the communities we live and work in.

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because we are passionate about this product and its ability to help people fix their properties. We were previous customers of this product in Colorado and found ourselves in a pickle when trying to sell our home to move back to the Pacific Northwest. We were looking at a 6 inch drop in our garage floor and didn't want to leave it to the next homeowner to fix. We were impressed with how quickly and effectively this product lifted the concrete back to normal, and we were able to use the garage floor again almost immediately. This service and product can help out all of our neighbors here with the Pacific Northwest's wet and unstable soil. Give us a call for a Free Estimate. We'll lift you up!.

We started in this industry in 2017.

We describe our business as Rooted in the community

I was trying to get my concrete front steps and porch to my house leveled, it had been sinking on one side (about 3/4"). While the effort was noble, the poly product wouldn't stay under the slab. So, in the end I paid over half a grand and my problem isn't even remotely fixed. He did fill in some soil eroded area near the back of my house, and that looked fine so two stars for work quality and three stars for customer service. I need to find someone who can fix my problem with my sinking porch.
Response by Northwest Poly Services, LLC: Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback and do our best to improve our customer service and quality of work with each customer review. It is always our goal to bring settled concrete back to its original position, but due to circumstances that are out of our control, sometimes it is not possible to achieve this 100%. As a result our goal is to then stabilize the area from sinking any further using the product that we injected underneath your porch. Since we were not able to fully adjust your porch, we did seal the crack in front of the porch, filled in a void in the rear of your home, both at no additional cost, as well as discounted the original estimated cost.
