Northwest Poly Services specializes in lifting concrete. We’re here to help our fellow residential, commercial, and municipal neighbors repair their sunken concrete slabs, walkways, and stairs. Our Pacific Northwest climate makes large demands on our soil, often causing our sidewalks, garage floors, and concrete slabs to settle and become uneven. This can lead to trip hazards, or worse, more major problems like drainage and soil erosion. Let us help! By drilling a small hole through your sinking concrete and injecting our poly foam solution, we can lift those problem areas level again. How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because we are passionate about this product and its ability to help people fix their properties. We were previous customers of this product in Colorado and found ourselves in a pickle when trying to sell our home to move back to the Pacific Northwest. We were looking at a 6 inch drop in our garage floor and didn't want to leave it to the next homeowner to fix. We were impressed with how quickly and effectively this product lifted the concrete back to normal, and we were able to use the garage floor again almost immediately. They raised a sunken cement sidewalk. They were punctual, efficient, explained things well, friendly, cleaned up, and did great work! Beautiful! I highly recommend them!

Johnny and Ed were very professional, timely and knowledgeable. Our 30 year old driveway suffered from deep cracks and settling. They were able to fill-in the cracks and lift up sections of pavement to make it even. It looks SO much better now! We highly recommend them for their workmanship.

Little misunderstand on paperwork ... like so may companies the do everything via email... I didnâ t look at my email everyday.. which was a problem... I think giving people a option of text or email might be a good idea. Other than that they did a fabulous job and you canâ t even see there the repair holes are! Easier to work with that another company I called! Call them you wonâ t be sorry!!!

They did a good job, but do to an unforseen issue we were not able to achieve 100% leveling. This was also discussed during the estimate and before the start of the project, that there may be issues. It is still 99% better than the previous 3 inch sag. Johnny also adjusted his price. These are some good guys trying to make a decent living. Would call again and have recommended them to others.

They did a nice job of leveling and patching the settled portion of our walkway, for a reasonable price. They were pleasant, polite and efficient and left the work area clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them for this type of work.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
