Northwest Rain Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning

The tools, equipment & servicemenâ s expertise was beyond my expectations. . The carpet at my rental property on routine Property Inspection after a long COVID-19 gap resulted in many stains and very dirty carpet on 06/12/2021. I had little hope and fully expected to have to fully replace the floor up & downstairs for the next renter or not ever rent again. God be praised that Joe and his assistant spent 6.5 hours with no breaks to restore the carpet up and downstairs of the split level home. Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much for the care and processes you took saving me from a sad alternative. You did not rush, you did not leave the job site to go retrieve anything,, you also did not take breaks until you were done. Praises to you Sir! He did a fantastic job, offered to make a deal when the work ended up taking longer and was more expensive than we originally discussed, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied! He was also very accommodating when it came to my schedule and kept me updated throughout the process!

Joe was very thorough and brought our dingy, smelly carpet back to life in the house we bought. It's 3 shades lighter now and smells amazing. He spent almost 3 hours getting every inch of carpet as clean as possible. He's very detail oriented, explains his process and was honest about price. Joe was very professional and reviewed the carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed to be cleaned before starting the job. He explained the procedure that needed to be performed. Told us exactly how much it would cost. Went to work right away and was very careful to explain that if we needed to walk on the carpet to get to another room that had linoleum, to be very careful when walking to avoid falling. He even stopped by the next morning to inspect the carpet, because we had several spots that were damaged by urine from dogs before the carpet was cleaned. He retreated a couple of spots at no additional charge. We would definitely hire him again!
