We hired Ryan with RCS to install a new sewer line for us. It was a huge undertaking that involved him drilling into *lots* of concrete and getting it connected to the city street. He was very communicative from the beginning and got the job done in a timely matter. I got 3 bids before going with him and can say that he is more than fair with his pricing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for their sewer needs.

Fast and efficient! This job entailed removing a 25 foot Willow with a base which had split into a dozen different branches. Due to irrigation system, Rayburn had to manually haul debris to the road. Did job in 1 day and finished cleaning up the next. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Ryan and his team were great to work with on our complicated project! We ended up with them after the initial company’s estimate on installing the design came in very high. Ryan helped us figure out a more reasonable price and still done in a timely and professional way. He is a proactive communicator and we’re really happy with the work!

Over the top in every way. The best in staying informed at every step, gave multiple ways to solve the issue. Very fair in pricing. His work ethic and integrity was impeccable. Always on time when he said he would. Highly satisfied and would highly recommend Ryan.

Review update 9/22/26 .....UPDATE* to my review below - With legal action looming, Ryan eventually paid the amount owed to the supplier to avoid having a lien being placed on my property due to his nonpayment for materials he used to install the septic system he installed at my home. BUT I am now getting calls from the place where Ryan rented the excavator from, Tyler Rentals in Chehalis, and they are telling me Ryan has not paid his invoice and they are now threatening to put a lien on my home if the invoice is not taken care of. Folks - do not believe these other reviews, they are family and friends. Ryan is shady, please do yourself a favor and do not hire him for any septic related work. Above and beyond not paying his bills, his work was below average, and it took forever no matter what he may say in his response to me below. Yes, it eventually passed inspection but as my septic designer said of Ryan, - some people take pride in their work, and some dont. Ryan would be one that does not _______________________ Rya installed a septic system on a new build for us. The project took way longer than he stated it would and he gave me excuse after excuse as to why. When he finally finished, we paid him in full. Now, almost 3 months later, we were notified by the supplier of the materials for my project that Ryan has not paid for the materials used and they will be filing a lien on my home. The supplier stated Ryan told he does not have the money to pay for it. Stay away.

Ryan was great. He very personable and explains the process and touches back often. Ryan is very honest in the work he does. Near the end of his work he said he was taking $500 off his initial bid because he didn’t need to do some of the work he planned. I wouldn’t have know the wiser if he hadn't said anything and that really impressed me. I am already planing on using him in the spring to cut a tree out of my yard. Really impressed all around

Ryan Raburn chopped my apple tree down perfectly and cleaned the area. He made 2 trips to the dump to get rid of all the debris. Most excellent work!! Thank you!

They did a great job cutting the trees and cleaning up as well as cutting my bushes. I will need two more trees cut and I’m looking forward to them doing it.

Job as done to my satisfaction

I had a 60/70 foot Maple Tree cut down by Ryan and his crew. These guys did it in one day. Very professional and I will continue to business with him. I would recommend his service to anyone that needs tree work done.!

After accepting the resonable bid, Ryan's crew came the next day and removed our diseased douglas fir. Because the trees location, next to our shed, the talented crew made a challenging job look easy. Hqppy home owner!

Hard working team!

My wife and I hired Raburn Contracting Services, LLC last August to remove 12 trees on our property. The trees ranged from about 12” to 36” in diameter and were over 100 feet tall, so this was a significant project. Ryan and his team were true professionals from start to finish. Ryan walked me through the process, explained our options, and answered all of my questions. The pricing was clear, detailed, and exactly as discussed. The crew worked safely, efficiently, and treated our property with care throughout the project. Cleanup was thorough, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Raburn Contracting Services to anyone needing professional tree removal work!

Great Job! There was alot of tree removal. Ryan had to rent a high lift to cut down and remove a very wobbly tree. He also removed some Hawthorne Trees with horrible thorns. They did a wonderful job of cleaning-up the tree trunks and truckloads of branches. Ryan also trimmed my Maple tree. Great Job Ryan, Thank you.
