There was no communication. We never knew when they would show up, what time. If they didn't show up they never called. Never called to reschedule. Their cell phone was out of service. I did email but they kept bouncing back. They wanted each month paid in advance. We don't pay before the service is completed. The quality of work was substandard. Haphazard patterns in the grass. Never mowed short enough. Didn't move anything would mow around it. Not courteous. Only concerned about money and getting paid. The value was terrible. They charged $85.00. It took them less than an hour. More expensive than anyone else I have contacted since.

I was completely surprised and pleased when they came out and mowed on a Sunday because it had rained all week.
