Superb experience - from the professionalism to the timeliness of the project, which consisted of siding, windows and roofing. The crew was great and cleaned up when things were complete. Shane kept me informed with updates along the way. I am elated with the results!

Norton exteriors was a pleasure to work with. They communicated throughout the process and were always honest with me. They did an awesome job on my new roof and cleaned up everything after it was done. The owner was always on top of everything and available anytime I called. Shane is very professional and the project came out beautiful. He responded within days and then proceeded to give me wonderful ideas on what type of siding and colors and next thing I know working two weeks it is all done and no sign of them ever having been here. I hired Shane Norton- Norton Construction for a New Roof. He was very responsive. He arrived within 2 days of contact for a quote, which I found to be extremely competitive. He handed me his quote same day. I was very comfortable and impressed with his knowledge. He scheduled my roof project for 10 days later. As promised, his crew arrived early, and went right to work. They tarpped around the house from roof to ground. Upon completion they began cleaning up. When they left, it looked as if they were never there. Great Cleanup! Shane and his team are amazing! They are courteous, professional and were very quick to help us when we had some leaks on the roof from the prior owners when we moved in. After they were done, everything was cleaned up and overall good communication and not to mention, it looks so good!! We are now in the process of him coming back for a new roof over our garage. We will eventually need gutters as well so look forward to be able to use him again. We highly recommend Shane and his crew to anyone!!

The Norten workers were outstanding. They installed my roof during a three day heat wave and labored intensively and diligently. At the end of each day, they spent time cleaning my driveway and grounds of any debris. I enthusiastically would recommend Norten for any home improvement projects.

We hired Share about 2 & 1/2 years ago to do a new roof for us. This past spring shingles were blowing off the roof. We've called Shane many times, we've emailed Shane many times. He has promised to come by and take a look and make things right. We've not heard from him, he has ghosted us. It looks like Shane will not stand behind his work. Shane was professional quoted a reasonable price and his crew did quality work a new roof done in one day. They cleaned up everything no trace of any materials left behind. Arranged 50% down and financed balance with Green Sky. The final payment between Shane (Norton Construction,LLC) and Green Sky finance company and myself was pretty easy to accomplish. I would recommend Shane to anyone. Job well done.

We hired Shane to do our roof and an addition which we truly couldnt afford at the time, but figured if we were going to do the roof this was the time to do the addition at the same time. So we refinanced our home and put down a little more than $17,000 deposit as he requires half of what the job was going to cost us when signing the contract. He did 3/4 of our roof then told us, due to the winter weather he was going to hold off and finish in the Spring. Due to the fact it was such an expensive project, we figured even though we had the money due to us refinancing wed have more time to save for the second half of what we owed and it would be ok to wait... well he never showed up in the Spring. It took him until end of the Summer maybe even Fall to come back to then set up an additional meeting that he was a complete no show at and we havent heard from him since. On top of that, a few shingles literally slide off our roof of our garage after that following Winter (1 year and a few months after installed) and you better believe we were calling him, but no call back. We tried to call, email, nothing... After 2 years of trying to see if we could settle this politely without involving the court as we couldnt afford a lawyer, I decided the only way I could get his attention would be to write a bad review on his page and share my story on Facebook. And guess what he responded and said he was not in the wrong and he even has screenshots of us saying we wanted him to leave the shingles so another contractor could finish the job (which was probably said because we couldnt get a hold of him and we were frustrated due to the fact our roof was sliding off after just year) and said he was not in the wrong and to call him the next day and so we did. We called twice and sent an email and still no response. If he thinks we were ok with 3/4 of a roof done and a bunch of shingles in a pile on my driveway for over $17,000 on a Cape style 2400 sq ft house hes out of his mind. He took full advantage of our patience and kindness and still cant even call us back. Buyers Beware!

Shane and his crew did a great job. Roof looks great. Yard was very clean afterwards you wouldn't even have known work was done. Only took 2 days to complete the job. Would definitely recommend.

The crew was incredible. They are an amazing group of workers. They stayed late the second day to complete the roof. Shane was great to work with. They were so good we have them coming back to replace some windows. I will update this once this job is complete.

I have a large roof and work was completed in less than 2 days. Crew worked non-stop for 10+ hours on day one.

They were fast, clean and very professional. We have a very large old barn. They stripped the old roof off in one day and had the new roof on by end of next day. Very satisfied. Have not found even one nail in the yard.

They were prompt and worked very hard. They stayed late the first day and even though it got dark they stayed and cleaned up everything with outside lights and a flashlight before they left for the day. They did a great job on our roof.

We are very pleased with the job Norton construction did on our roof! Our roof was done in one day. And looks beautiful! The clean up was very good, tarps, rakes, leaf blowers (for small pieces of roofing materials) and the use of magnets. (for stray nails) Shane, the boss even came by our house the day after, to walk around our home.....checking the yard! Our only complaint would be communication, they are not the best at returning or making phone calls. (thus the 4 stars) But this would not stop us from recommending Norton Construction. Shane did take the time to talk face to face with us and explain everything that would be done and how. I would definitely check Norton Construction out if you need a new roof!
