Write a ReviewDid a great job on quickly replacing water heater.
On 9/26/22, I was introduced to this company by a friend, doing a repiping job from my basement to the street which is about 12 feet, they charged me 9800. because of the friend, I totally trusted the owner Eric, so when he ask for the payment that time I was in NYC, I still pay him in full without any final inspection. when I was back I found out they left the walkway unfilled, just covered with a piece of pile wood, and my whole front yard is full of dirt , and some of the pipe joint not not connected well, all messed up. So I called them righ away, but it takes them over 1 year to fill my driveway with concrete that is under my many phone call and messages and even through my friend, but they left my front yard like what it is, I keeping calls them to finish, first few time they said will do it, and later they said it was not on the contract they finish the job, but they did not told me I have to do my yard level and seeding When they give me the estimate, so who is responsible for that? I did hire a pluming do my other house repip before, their is no such job for me to finish. So after 2 years, today 7/17/24, I argued with Eric, they said not their job, they done as the contract did not say they will do the seeding, I dont even asking for them to seeding , I just asking them to level for me, I really cant do it myself, I will seeding myself, they rejected it, give me a lot excuses till now with 2 years time, still not finished.
your mad because i didnt do restoration which i charge for it is not free i did a bubbler to the curb on a state rd which required special permits also replaced your sewer i told you multiple times that you did kno pay for preferred restoration post a copy of your invoice that shows that is not on there
Excellent work, honest and friendly. Definitely will use Them in the future
I had a flood in my laundry room and Nortonâ s came out and took care of the issue AND they were honest and said I didnâ t need a new sump pump, just the repair, saving me hundreds of dollars. You donâ t see that often. They could have said my pump was broken and charged me with a new one and install. But they didnâ t. And that means something to me.
Excellent performance, Excellent reasonable pricing, professional mannerisms , kind hearted and understanding t customer/homeowners current situation with their financial situation. I love to give you an example, he is a plumber. He fixed my hot water tank. He fix my plumbing pipes under my sink which were terrible squirting water like a sprinkler., I had a kitchen sink that was very very clogged, which he add unclogged it. This company had only charge me $2000 for all that to be done that he is a blessing. He also was no price on it at all. My thermostat in My Home was not working so I could not turn my heat back on mind you heâ s a plumber he fixed it for nothing. You couldnâ t find a better company than that with a caring heart Nortons plumbing. ð i
Great guys
A few weeks ago I had the unfortunate experience of a backed up sewer. Brown water in the basement and plugged toilets. I called Nortonâ s plumbing company and they were at my house in a few hours. More interested in my tankless water heater, I was finally able to get them to focus on the problem. After snaking the sewer line to the street and plunging the basement floor drain, we were warned that we needed a new sewer drain at a cost of $5500. They did not have a camera but seemed to know this by just snaking   When we said we had Home Serve. They suggested calling them. After calling someone else to look at the sewer with a camera, the suggestion was made to call Nortons back to resnake and open up the sewer. The pipe was intact and just needed to be opened. Nortons refused to come back and said there was only so much that could be done. They suggested we call home serve. Although they came out promptly, I would not recommend Nortonâ s to anyone. They are more interested in making money and not customer satisfaction
your sewer needs to be dug up i told you that i was lucky to get it open went above and beyond to get it open. you said you have home serve i said call them they will dig it up for free since you had the policy
Honest and personable
They called right away and got out first thing the next morning when I got out of work!
In and out in less than an hour SUPER IMPRESSED
