They were on time and fixed my door. Another company told me it was going to be alot more to fix and alot more money but with Norwich Overhead Door this wasn't the case. He found the problem and it cost alot less than the previous company.

They replaced two 9'x7' garage doors for us. They quoted us a fair price and showed up when they said they would which is important to me. Even when I noticed a small ding in one of the new panels Larry had a new one installed in a couple of days, hassle free. I don't normally give reviews, but the courteousness and professionalism of the owner and installer, As well as the quality of the doors and work warranted a good review.

The repairman was great. The door works better than before. The salesman recommended a guy to repair the garage and he was great. The repair guy helped out the door repairman do that job as well.

The whole experience was flawless. Larry gave a fair price for install of 3 garage doors, said what day he would do it, showed up with another person and installed all 3 in one day. Both men were very courteous and professional. I had asked for locations where they had installed the same doors and was provided with 2 addresses which I checked out.
