Pete and his crew are excellent. Pete is fair and honest. They treated my family and home with care and respect. Notaro Contracting is the only contractor I'll use going forward.

Peter, the owner, was attentive to what we wanted him to do. Weâ re satisfied with the job and the two masons, Ian and Steve, who actually did the job. I highly recommend Notaro Contracting.

My wife and I hired Notaro Contracting to remove tile from our bathroom floor and replace it with new tile. The work was completed on July 1, 2019. I called Pete, owner of company on Thursday, 8/2 to get an itemized bill and to say that one tile appeared to be higher than the surrounding tiles. He returned the call on Friday, 8/3. I then told him that a tile was loose. He stated he would have Lito, the person who did the actual work, call me sometime during the week. By Monday, 8/5, the tile was even looser and the grout was cracking in other areas of the floor. When I called Pete on Monday, 8/5, in the morning, he accused me of walking on the tiles before the cement set and before the grout had hardened. Then he accused me of lying when I told him that I was following the guidelines that Lito had given me. No one walked on the tiles on Tuesday, 7/30 after they were cemented. Lito was the first person to step on the tile on Wed., 7/31 when he went to grout them. Lito also said it was ok to walk on tiles a few hours after they were grouted but not yo wipe them with a damp sponge mop for at least 24 hours after the grout was applied, We followed those guidelines. So I do not take lightly being called a LIAR by a person who never even came to see the job, except to give an estimate. When I called Lito on 8/1, he never returned the call. My wife and I have had many tile floors installed in bathrooms and foyers in our other house as well as this house and have never had these things happen. Clearly, Pete does not stand by his work, and his customer service rates as a zero not 1/2 star as shown. I would certainly not recommend him for any job and would caution future users of his company.

Great experience, job well done

Pete was great start to finish. He answered all questions up front and was not hesitant about anything. It took two days to complete our project and we could not be happier. We wanted someone that we could trust and was not trying to over sell us on things we didn’t need or want. Very trustworthy, reliable and best price out there.

Peter was very pleasant to do business with. He was prompt and courteous and answered all the questions. He took the old attic ladder with him to dispose of. Price was reasonable. He is very professional and cleaned up nicely.
