Paul came out to my home to fix my garage door not closing. The door not closing severely impacted our entrance and exit to our home as the garage is our main entry/exit to our home. Paul was extremely timely and worked around my schedule which was very helpful. Most companies require you to take time from work just to have an appointment, but that was not the case with Paul. Paul was professional and expedient in the fix required, and the door is working perfectly. He is also quite personable, and made the process very easy. Further, the price was more than reasonable. I will certainly use Paul in the future and I highly recommend his services.

It was great experience working with Paul. Before the project he gave me all the options. Answered all my questions politely and with patience. Wasn't rushed, took his time and did everything right. Explained all the details. Did some extra work of adjusting tension on the springs. Serviced the garage door and synced one of my cars with the garage door opener.

Excellent service. Showed up when scheduled. He replaced my torsion springs and made necessary adjustments to ensure the longevity of the springs. He even did some minor adjustment to my garage door as a courtesy, to ensure proper operation of the garage opener.

Paul was great-he initially came to open our garage door on Friday late afternoon so I could get my trapped car out at no extra charge, and then came back on Monday-on time-and fixed the garage door spring.
