Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
The experience with Fermin was great. Came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the problem for a fee. Advised situation required a circuit board, which was ordered then received the following Monday and installed by the end of the day. Great service but was a little disappointed that the evaluation fee was not credited toward the repair. Repair was additional. Overall great service.

Furman of Nova Heating and Air accurately diagnosed the problem with my HVAC and would have done the work/repair but we learned it was under warranty by another company. I will use him in the future.

Fermin, (the owner) Came out (on a holiday - no extra charge!) and was very professional and very personable repair service man. He repaired the A/C unit quickly and gave excellent service. Very reasonably priced after my research showed others much more for the same service! (and even more on a holiday - Not Fermin!) I will definitely call him next time for any of my future AC issues and recommend him to my family and others. - THANK YOU FERMIN! A+A+A+

Fermin was very thorough servicing my air conditioning unit. Didn't rush through the job like previous companies I had hired. I appreciate that he took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me about my unit in a way I could understand! I will be using Nova for all my future service needs!

Came out to inspect the duct work, not only did he do a very thorough inspection, he checked the AC Unit, explained what I should do to eliminate the leaks in my system and made the air blow colder than it had before. This was after a warranty company came out and said that everything was fine and was onsite for maybe 5 minutes. Nova went above and beyond expectations.

Firmen is an experienced HVAC repairmen. I my case he had to come to my home, (on Fathers Day) I might add and find a replacement air conditioner coil and condenser. I don't know what I would have done without his kind of service. Excellent!

Fermin (owner of Nova Heating and Air) came to my home the same day I called (during a nasty heat wave). He completely explained the costs up front for a maintenance call and gave me an update during the work. There may be cheaper companies out there but reliable and dependable service is worth it.
