Lydia was prompt and professional at our first meeting. I had a just had a very bad experience with another cleaning company, and Lydia completely understood. I have had the same team cleaning my home for 10 months now and they do a great job. Smile House is also very trustworthy, which is important. I definitely recommend Smile House for your cleaning needs.

When I told them I was not happy with the service she did offer to send a different cleaning duo, at a discounted rate, however I had already decided that I would just clean my own house.

My house had not been cleaned for over a month and it was disgusting!~!! I could not blame the girl who cleaned if she did not want to come back. We have foster dogs who usually are not house broken. We planned on shampooing the carpet before she came, but both my daughter and I got sick.

Business very professional. Owner was on time, friendly and provided me with a contract. She followed up after my first cleaning to see if I was satisfied.

At first I really liked them, then in subsequent visit the 2nd person has no idea what they are doing and either things have to be redone or I find it afterwards where I could have cleaned better. One lady is awesome, but she is constantly redoing something for the other. I am at the last time, if this occurs again I am going to use someone else.

The owner Lydia was very responsive and detailed. The ladies that came to do the service (Anna and Maria) were very nice and did a thorough job. I am very pleased with their work. I have decided to have them come in every 2 weeks for cleaning service.

I hired this crew to clean my 3000ft house. They did a good job, but forgot to clean the basement, so they needed to come back a second time. Also they did not let me know as I had to contact them to schedule, but generally they have been pretty flexible and are pretty responsive to our needs.

I have only had one cleaning so far. I was pleased with the cleaning they did. I asked for a couple items that didn't get done like adding a bed skirt and making the bed.

I'm very pleased with their work.

requested that a feather duster not be used and when she came to do the job they used a feather duste. also they broke a tiffany lamp and when i talked to her about it she said she would send a check, the check never arrived and never heard from her again. did such a bad job that my husband said that he did not want them back again .

Work is really good and they are time effiecient. Very nice to work with.
