Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
They finished the work after over 2 months. I think it must be the first shower they installed. We will probably have to have it re-done after over 2 months
Response from Covington Enterprises, LLC
"Sorry you feel that way but trust that the install is good. Unfortunately, as you are aware supply chain delays nearly cancelled the install. Yes, you are correct and was advised that your particular shower was a different model from a sister company. It is never our interest to delay any install but you were kept abreast during the process"

Derek, has a high level of customer service, he communicated very well with me and a very particular tenant, He kept me informed on the progress of the repair and when there was a cause for delay, to obtain parts etc...he kept me (the owner) and the residential tenant informed. I loved that he was on time and was willing to co-ordinate with the tenant. I would recommend him highly for window repairs.

Derek was exceptional because he responded to my inquiries in a timely, considerate manner. He called me if he was running a few minutes behind, and even offered to complete the job on a Sunday. He explained exactly what the window repair entailed, and didn't surprise me with any extra costs. He was efficient and his work was excellent. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others!
