Now Remodeling

Now Remodeling is NOT a good company to hire for windows and doors! They have caused $7000.00 in damage to my floors, $6500.00 in damage to my exterior and they didn't even finish the job! I paid $24,000 for 9 windows, 2 exterior doors, and a slider. I have windows that don't open, installed incorrectly, and leak. They will not return calls or emails. They are crooks!!! Home Depot would be better. Beware! Now Remodeling will never accept responsibility and always blame you, the customer, for any problem that arises, and if you hire them, they will. Please steer clear of them.

Don't hire this company for any home projects. The majority of their good reviews are paid employee's and the Manger Tyler is a crook. They voide their own contract and falsify information to keep all of any down-payment.

Hired this company last October 2023. Moments after install we started seeing condensation, ice and water on our new windows. We had new windows and siding installed in my home located in Spokane. The company claims this was bc our home is older and their product is so efficient. They ripped up our old flashing which only shouldâ ve been done by a roofer. The siding guy installed the old flashing first during snowy weather. When he installed new flashing it wasnâ t sealed correctly. He screwed into the flashing and siding. He tossed the trash and a tool on my roof when done. The gals who did the siding didnâ t speak English. They worked so fast they caused some minor scratches on the back panels of the home. Tore out one exterior light along with out exhaust for a pellet stove and internet was cut as well. When they put the siding back up in the front they had 2 exhausts for the pellet stove when it needs one. They broke some new garden statues I had. Now remodeling installed a clear glass for my bathroom when I ordered obscure. We are currently still waiting to get it installed. Worse thing they have done is they DIDNT PULL PERMITS!!!! it took them 6 months to show me Sam the siding guys contractor license. I had to refuse them access to my home to obtain a copy that Iâ ve been asking for since day 1 last year. Itâ s been a ongoing nightmare . My windows have mold in them. I made a claim. Grant came out and took a video of me speaking with their window rep without my permission. They claim they want to make things right. They show up. Video tape me. Forget to bring this so called window of mine they have in store. We paid $67k for a job where we canâ t enjoy the work. The building inspector doesnâ t even want to entertain them bc all of a sudden now they want to purchase a permit. Donâ t hire them!

They do not pull permits. No confidence in this company. I have no idea if they roofed correctly or not no inspection. Oh these guys suck waste of time and money . Hiring a different company to come over. Worthless don't do it.

Simply an exceptional company.

Working with NOW has been a complete joke. We gave them a $10,000 down payment 3 months ago and nothing has been completed. In fact, they said the roof was too challenging and have not offered to refund our money. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Siding looks great and was completed quickly once materials were received

It was a great experience and it nice to hear someone talk about the quality of the products and know about it in detail. Jessica and David were pleasant, informative and not pushy. They make a good team.

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the windows at first meeting and we were very impressed by her. The windows came in as promised and installed quickly and efficiently! Final walkthrough with Jessica went very well! We are very happy with this company!

My project with NOW remodeling began last year and has still yet to be properly completed. I wish with all my heart I had not signed off on the financing until the project was done. Now that they have been paid I feel like they don not have much incentive to get back down here to fix the ongoing issues. It was a disaster from the get go. Erroneous measurements, window order details wrong, leaking windows after installing, not to mention trampled landscaping during installation. And because they ordered the wrong size door, they ended up cutting into the framing around the door to make it fit, and now it is up to us to refinish around the inside so that it does not look like crap. Not to mention that the door they installed was not made to order the way we asked for our space. And so we are still waiting for them to come back and remove that door and put in the proper one as well as four upstairs windows that were wrong as well. We email Grant every couple weeks and he promises that we will hear from the installer and we never do. This has been going on for many many months now. If you are planning on replacing windows look somewhere else!!

9 months in, still waiting for the rest/correct windows. They didn't order two, and mis-ordered two (of 26). Zero communication, unless it is to do their paperwork so they can get paid. Shane and Grant are garbage. The windows are nice and the installation is adequate.

Window ordered was wrong. Grant said he would order the correct window. Now almost 2 months after my phone call to him, I can not get any one to even return my phone calls!

I ordered two screen doors for my 4-plex apartment complex on January 9, 2021. I was told that it would take up to 8 weeks, but they would be in contact weekly to keep me updated. To date, the only contact has been through my calls to the service rep. They did get the measurements, and I am assured that they were ordered. I was told two weeks ago that they should arrive last week. Still no screen doors or calls. Not a good way to run a business.

From Jessica the sales person, to Peter the installer, to Ammon the owner, we were impressed with their attentiveness to details, flexibility within reason, and responsiveness to questions. Of course Covid delayed completion, but now that itâ s finished we were satisfied enough that we almost immediately hired them for another project.

The sales guy was nice. It took them two weeks after I place my order to come and measure for the door, and that was only after I called them to find out what was going on. I placed my order in June and my door went in in October. Not once in all of that time did NOW Remodeling contact me with an update. All contact with this company was initiated by me, we the exception of getting their final payment. They used the COVID pandemic as their excuse for their poor customer service. Even after the door was received the installer had to make major adjustments to get it to fit. The door is top quality, is it worth the price I paid, not sure yet. But it is a tighter seal than the old one.

Very happy with their work & product

I haven't received anything yet and no one is keeping up to date on what is going on. They were quick to charge my account for the down payment but I would like someone to call me. Also no one has come out to measure.

Tyler knows his product. The window are beautiful and high quality! I would recommend this company and will be having them do our new roof next year!

The windows have not been installed yet. My husband passed away and I now have to re-do the financial arrangements. The folks at Now have been extremely supportive in this.

Professional

Tyler Carr was such a good salesman to deal with. And Martin the installer was so good and cleaned up after them selves in such a professional manner. I would recommend both of these men to anyone.

Tyler is amazing! We just bought a house, a little on the older side and we needed to replace the windows before the cold season. Tyler was patient and listened to our concerns. The price fit our budget and we got all 14 windows done!
