My place looked amazing. The team came in and did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning my place. I have to say that they have catches every little thing and definitely exceeded my dreams on what a clean place looks like. I definitely would recommend Platinum Cleaning and if I can I would give them 10 stars not 5 star.

I had contacted Platinum Cleaning to come and do my house. I obviously wanted a quality job done, but also wanted a service I could trust to come in my house. They are very careful with valuables. The products they use are effective and safe. They do absolutely a outstanding job. Also they are flexible in changing dates if something comes up. I have been with Platinum Cleaning LLC for over a year now and am very satisfied with the work the girl do every time. You should give them a try. Thank you Platinum Cleaning for your services.

The bid came in higher than our previous service. The staff was very thorough however. Did miss a few things but adjusted at next cleaning. They were however late for a cleaning appointment and did not contact us - waited an hour to do a key exchange until we heard from the owner who reported her phone had gone dead. We did however reschedule promptly and the crew did some extra cleaning to make up for the inconvenience. Will hope to increase rate to 5 after a few more visits. Nice to work with overall and responsive to anything that was missed. It's the pandemic - things happen, Addendum: I've had this crew a few more times and it seemed like they started missing more and more items.,,especially dusting and obvious things like streaky mirrors, items left on tables. I had to send pictures to the owner - she even sent a note to her staff to ask if they had cleaned the house. My shower grouting has gotten worse on their watch, they don't seem to have the right products to remove the black mold...I was able to spray it with a clorox mixture and some elbow grease and get it myself. The bedroom fans hadn't been done, side tables missed, food wrapper untouched, refrigerator ice machine dish uncleaned...I was baffled. They came back to make it right...the girl even checked off the things I identified and still missed a foyer cabinet where the dust is still there and you can run your fingers through it I think the owner needs to come out and check a house before bidding it - be sure the crew knows what's going on. I'm really baffled at the basic dusting stuff. I have a lot of stuff and knickknacks, but dusting main surfaces shouldn't have been missed. She refunded my last cleaning, but giving them 4 shots was enough. Right now I'm looking at the side of my other china cabinet (on the outside) and see dust. Bummer. They also were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours for 2 people, which for the price and size of my house is way too fast. Sorry for the bad review.

Very friendly

I hired Platinum Cleaning to clean out a house after moving and having contractors in the house. So it was very dirty & dusty! I wasnâ t gone when they cleaned but when I saw it, my fridge & stove looked brand new! Iâ m not embarrassed to list it! My husband suggested hiring them to clean or new house!

Great company to work with. I travel a lot so my schedule is never the same. They are very flexible and can work around my crazy schedule. I always have the same team clean. So, I don t have go over what i want done with a new group like I ve done with other companies. Tell them once and I know it will be done every time. I m always confident I will have a spotless home when they re done. Much more affordable than others I have used. Give them a try.

Regrettably, I can only give 5 stars as they deserve more. In the past, we have had our home cleaned by the large franchises in our area, but were always so disappointed in the quality of work for the money that we were being charged. I did some research looking for a local cleaning company to give them a try. WOW... what a difference. I am a big supporter of using the small businesses in my community rather than a franchise. I gave them a call and spoke directly to the owner. I agreed to give them a chance. They showed up right on time, did not rush thru the house, and did a fantastic job. Their staff was clean, courteous, and very respectful of us and our home. After that cleaning, I signed up for bi-weekly cleaning and have now been a very satisfied customer for years. I understand why they have been in business for over 20 years in Kansas City. Great people. Great quality. Great price.

This was my 1st cleaning with them. Need to get an exact list of what is needed done. They need (3 of them) to slow down and clean what is needed. I will work with them on next cleaning!
