I had a very good experience with Nowthen. They were willing to come out and replace my Water Heater the same day. They arrived promptly and did the work quickly. They left my laundry room clean and were very careful about keeping the rest of the house clean. I will definately be calling them again.

Quick, Good service & Reasonable

The service was good. He was friendly and on time. He replaced the elements in the water heater. The only frustration I have is that I asked if I should get a water softner to keep this from happening and they said that it wasn't necessary. Less than 3 months later, our elements needed to be replaced again so I had to call them back again.

They didn'y install my well pressure tank with a union for easy replacement in the future, Jeff told me the old one didn't have one on it. I still have the old set up with the union on it. He did come back and install one to my satisfaction. Also, they put the shut off valve in the wrong location. It needs to be placed after the drain. That way you can shut the water off to plumbing in the house and flush the well. He also told me to replace the pressure switch would be 150.00 and then he tried sending me an bill for 195.00.

They worked to fit me in quickly, then kept moving the 30-minute window until it was nearly an hour later than promised. Unfortunately, the person that showed up didn't have all the necessary tools he thought he would need to unclog a drain, so a second visit was required. The work was completed to my satisfaction and company did invoice me for the promised amount, even though someone at the company must have miscalculated the amount of work necessary in not bringing the correct tools. I would have been more pleased if they met initial time window and had all the correct tools upon first visit.

Nowthen issued a quote over the phone that was lower than the other quote that I had receieved to replace my water heater. They started work when they said they would and completed it quickly, proffessionally and completely. I would hire them again wtihout a second thought.

Both Jeff and Derrick were VERY nice. They were super prompt in calling me, and I was pleasantly surprised that they could do the work the same day that they gave me the estimate. Derrick was very professional, and does very thorough and excellent plumbing work. (One of the ideas that Jeff suggested and Derrick did, I wish the plumber years ago had done.) I definitely will call them again for future plumbing needs!

The install was completed on time and as stated in the initial estimate...and at a much lower cost than other estimates provided. The work was neat and very well done.
