    Getting someone to strip uff old stain, clean, and reseal your deck is a hit or miss process. That being said, Nu Again did a great job on my front porch and back deck. Now of course. time will tell, but thus far the results were excellent. Unlike some of the other reviews, their customer service was stellar, the price excellent, and they came when they said they would. My deck was spotty after my amateur attempt was bad, but the work they did to get it back to new was great. Uniformly stripped and painted. They moved the furniture off and even cleaned my patio after the work was done. A little impact to some grass, but that was to be expected. They repaired the boards they could and I was totally satisfied with the results. It's only been a couple of months but would totally use them again.


    They were great when getting the job. They were prompt and they did the work and it was neat. When you call them and need them to come back out they are very hard to get a hold of. They will not stand behind their work.

    The entire experience with this company has been a joke. Our brand-new deck was stained less than a year ago and is peeling ALL OVER! We purchased the upgraded stain which has a warranty, yet after 5 phone calls, I cannot get anyone to call me back. I do not even want them to redo it. I do not want the money back. I just want to know the stain they used, so we can redo it ourselves. Apparently, even that is too much to ask! And what is more, when they stained it initially, they got a stain on my brand new table and did NOTHING about it. That was 9 months ago, so I am over it now, but this is just another example of their horrible quality and customer service. I would NEVER use this company again and would highly encourage you to hear my warning.

    Nate and the front office contacts were extremely nice, courteous, and helpful, but the work that was performed was very upsetting. I realize that Covid-19 put a damper on things, but that is not an excuse for the quality of work when it does get done. They did not properly sand, they got paint all over my house, grass, and furniture. The railings were not sanded, they were poorly painted and they did not bother to do a color check with me prior to painting, so the color looks terrible. I asked them to call me so I could be there when they started, but they did not contact me and just showed up when they could. I feel bad since Nate was such a nice person to work with.

    Nu Again, Nathan have been a customer since 1998, past projects including renew of deck, fence, recently brick paver and Pergola stain. Positive experience every time, great customer service. The stain last worth the price. Nathan and his staff are professional, clean in application and never have to call back for any touch up. Very satisfied A+

    We hired Nathan to stain our brand new deck and to seal our brand new patio. Long story short the staining and sealing workmanship was sloppy. The first coat never took as it snowed the same day. The second coat was put on without proper prep work. They stained over sawdust and dirt. You can see how heavy and sloppy work was performed as there are drip mark's coming down almost every floorboard. In addition, it was a windy day and the plastic tarps blew around and we had stain all over our brand new patio. Nathan's team sealed the patio without getting the stains out or replacing the damaged pavers. His team then came back out and used heavy chemicals to strip the sealer off. They tried cleaning the stain off with paint thinner and additional cleaning but there is still a lot of damage. After emailing and texting Nathan to have all issues corrected he told us to lose his number. We have survalence video of the damage as well as several pictures, text messages, and emails. Since Nathan wouldn't work with us and refused to put a claim in with his insurance company, we consulted with an attorney. Our attorney submitted a written request to put us in touch with his insurance company. Nathan contacted our attorney back and refused to put us in touch with insurance company. We are now preparing for next steps. Call any other contractor and inquire about nu again before letting them touch your deck or patio.

    Well, the deck looks good however the process and customer service is sub par. Let me explain - estimate, came out and showed options, colors, etc. Agreed on a price that came in well below other estimates I had done. I had gone through the effort of removing everything from the deck, all hooks, furniture, grill, it was completely cleared. The power washing crew came out with sprayers blazing and washed all the mold and dirt off the deck, BUT IN THE PROCESS TRAMPLED MANY OF THE PLANTS SURROUNDING THE DECK. They had absolutely no regard for the landscaping. Also, they failed to reattach the 2 hoses they removed to use their machines and left debris. Now why would not they at least place tarps or protective covering over the plants to prevent damage? The next day I left a message and emailed photos of the damage. Did not hear back until Tuesday from the office manager that their staining crew would be out the next day. I explained the situation to her and that I did not receive any response. She said she would look into it. The staining crew came out and I showed them what the power wash crew did and expressed my aggravation. The excuse I got was that the office manager had quit, and they were trying to get the office back up to speed. Okay, I understand things happen but it is no excuse for not returning calls or emails. The staining crew did a good job, did not damage anything but did leave some trash. How do you not see that when you leave? The office manager called the next day to settle up the balance due and I again explained the issues, expecting to get something off my bill. They were generous enough to take $50, dont do me any favors... Lets see how long this stain lasts... So all in all not a good experience with NU AGAIN. I would avoid using this company if you value quality customer service and professionalism

    They did a nice job. Katherine, the office manager is wonderful to speak with and is excellent at answering all questions. Although they had to come back to fix a replacement board they just did (new board cracked), the end result is very nice. Deck looks like new!

    This is the 2nd time I have used NU-Agin. The work was excelltne, the customer service not so in that they do not return phone calls. Example, they finished on 10/5/19, I have left 3 messages asking that someone call me back so I can pay by credit card. No one calls.
