Outstanding first experience with NuBlue! From scheduling to completion, the customer service was top-notch. Jerry Victorero evaluated the plumbing issues in the house and clearly explained my options, while Tyron Nock did a thorough maintenance service on the two HVAC units, including an on the spot repair. James Wilson was my technician today. He did a great job with the outlets. He showed me everything he did and even took the time to explain everything. He went over the maintenance protection packets that the company offers with me also. He told me when I'm ready to pick a packet just give the company a call. He is a very nice young man and knows his well. Very professional. Thank you again Mr. Wilson.
