With four cats and a dog our primary concern was pet safety and NuBorn has a program that is pet (and human) safe. Cost is my only issue. We'll see how the monthly fee plays out in cost/benefit. The service rep, Joel, was thorough and attentive to our needs

I had a carpenter ant problem and the owner came the same or next day. He was very thorough inside and out of the house, also checked for termites and gave good advice. He was sensitive to my having cats in deciding how to treat inside the house. The ants disappeared as a result of their efforts. I ended up hiring them to put in termite traps around the house the next week. Again, they showed up right away to do that; they also eliminated a wasp nest they found. The work was excellent and professional, and there's a high commitment to showing up quickly for emergencies, which is a BIG plus for me.

Nuborn Pest Control were amazing! I was having issues with bugs and called the office in a panic. Ed answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful in scheduling an appointment. When the tech arrived he asked he I wanted him to put booties on before he entered the house. He inspected my home, identified the issue and then treated my home. He asked if I had any questions or concerns which I did. He answered all my questions with professionalism. I have recommended them since they were at my home. I will continue to use them and recommend them! Great company!!

I cannot fill any of this out yet as I am not sure we are finished. One of your technician's, Marco, stopped by last week and sprayed and set down ClimbUp or StepUp traps. I do not know how to observe these things whether something caught or not has meaning. Since nobody has returned to look at them and I am still getting bites, though less than previous weeks, I stilll think I hace a bed bug problem. Also, my evaluation is not realistic since i have not based it on a final solution/termination of my pests yet.

They were quick to respond after filling out my bid to Service Magic, but when there was a mixup on their part due to scheduling, no one from the office made themselves available to speak with me, except for the person doing the extermination who was apologetic. I had to lay down a towel for them to wipe their feet or they would have walked all over the kitchen area where we have a young child with wet shoes.

We have been using them for several years, they are effiecient and responsive. They have out bid others and even come down lower.
