Get quotes ahead of time so you know what to expect... My stairs and carpets came out beautifully. They were fast and efficient and I am very happy!

Horrible! If I could give less than one star, I would. We called Nugen for a pipe burst 12/24/2022. Yes! 2022! And we are still dealing with the damage they caused and trying to get a resolution for their completely inflated, unnecessary charges and unnecessary demolition. The renovation is still not complete due to all the out of pocket expenses we have incurred to put our home back together. We have had 2 other restoration companies as well as 5 adjusters verify that what they did in our home was completely unnecessary to midigate my pipe burst. Nugen assured us they would work with the insurance company to get all damages and reconstruction covered. They did absolutely nothing but make the situation worse with the insurance company with their arrogance and refusal to speak with them. We are left with a lean on our home after 90 days and out of pocket expenses of over $10,000. As if dealing with a broken pipe is not enough, Nugen will just make a very stressful and horrible situation worse. I have found that we are not the only one they have done this to. PLEASE! Dont let them into your home! I would not want anyone else to have to go through what we have and still are going through with Nugen, a year later!
