Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
Had them do a job at my old house9 yrs ago, did a great job but hired them to do a small job at my new house , showed up to do the job but wanted to do work we didn't approve said they would come back to do the work we did approve. Kept putting us off, then NEVER returned many calls. We finally hired someone else

"Hi Mark, the truth of the matter is that you wanted us to do a process that we discussed and then changed your mind. II did not take a deposit from you because of being a past customer we did 9 years ago. All of the calls that you claim i never returned was the same answer " we can not do the trim you wanted without doing the soffit area and look normal and may decrease the value in your home. That is not my business model. The work that you wanted done would not look correct. I will take the 1 star from you but you know that this rating was unfair to my company because you wanted me to do work that doesn't represent Nu-Image Installs. We were there the day that i told you we would be there ready to start the job. I had to scramble to send my employees to another job so they didn't miss a day of work without pay. If you would have stuck to the agreement, you would have been happy and giving me a 5 star."

We hired Nu Image Installs after a friend recommended them to us. From the beginning, getting a quote from Eric, to the guys installing custom siding and gutters, all their staff were very professional, very knowledgeable, highly skilled, very courteous and respectful, and answered all my questions and concerns ( I asked a lot), They were on time and worked very well as a team, and cleaned up everything, They took pride in their workmen ship. We love our siding and new gutters, turned out better then we expected and would definitely and highly recommend Nu Image Installs.

Nu Image replaced all the wood siding on our house and we were amazed with the results. It came out even better then we could have ever imagined. The crew was amazing ,ð very professional (our dogs loved them) and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. The owner Eric makes sure you are satisfied throughout the entire project. His workers are competent and respectful. They vinyl/alum trimmed my entire home and put up new gutters. The job had custom work at prices less than his competitors who didn't offer these details. I could not recommend them more !

My wife and I feel like we hit the lottery because we chose NU-IMAGE INSTALLS to reside our home. The job they did is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I love the new look of our home and wish we had done this 5 years ago. The NU-IMAGE crew was very friendly, skilled, very helpful and I liked they were family. When they found a prior contractor had improperly installed the step-flashing on our roof they told me about it and corrected the problem. The workmanship of the Nu-image crew exceeded my expectations. They were an amazing crew, cleaned up after themselves (during and after the work day), were respectful and responsive to all questions/concerns. We are a small condo association and hired Nu-Image Installs to replace old vinyl siding and trim on a number of our buildings. We had a large amount of work done to our home including all new siding, windows and a new door-wall. Eric was extremely helpful in recommending quality products and selecting color schemes. Prior to hiring Nu - Image, we reviewed the work of several siding companies. We inspected at least (25) homes to compare quality & workmanship. We selected Eric and his crew, based on that research. Eric and his team exceeded my expectations (tough to do). The quality of workmanship was fantastic. The crew cleaned up after themselves. I had some wind damage and Eric dispatched a repair man within a day or two to correct the problem. I have had neighbors marvel at the beauty of our home. We could not be more impressed with this company; we wished they specialized in more areas because we would hire them to do them all!. Eric was so easy to work with; within a few days he provided an email with detailed price breakdown for entire project. His quote was a third to a fourth of the other companies; there was also no high-pressure sales tactics . In regards to the actual work , the entire team of workers were very professional and hard working going above and beyond our expectations. Eric's crew took on a tricky job residing my 1870 home, which is very chopped up. They gave my old home a uniform look. Nu-Image Installs truly exceeded my expectations and were even happy to accomodate my requests for a custom window header. They created a one-of-a-kind look that really makes a huge difference on our home. The quality insulated siding that they used noticably reduced my heating/cooling expenses. The crew was very professionsal and the owner, Eric, is very easy to deal with. Two years after having this huge job done, I am still very satisfied and can confidently recommend them. Nu-Image Installs gave my old house a new look and the neighborhood loves it!!!
