Very poorly done. Had repairs on the driveway with a colored concrete overlay! All I can say is oh my God! Work was done in 2015 and lasted maybe a year. I need to have it redone. Thought this company went under but evidently did not! Would NOT recommend them!!

"This is a former disgruntled customer we did over two years ago. We provide our customers with a full one year warranty and we did come back to his job to fix some cracks during the warranty period. He just called a month ago and demanded that I come back and fix some cracks after two years have passed. I agreed to come and fix some additional cracks but would have to charge him. So to punish me, he posted this malicious and spiteful posting which I do not deserve."

David and his crew were very easy to work with. David the owner came to the job on both days of the work. We added an extension to our driveway. A few large rocks are showing on the lower edge at the end of the driveway, where cream should be present.

I received 4 estimates for replacing my driveway. I choose David with Nu-Look Driveways because David was so knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain concrete to us, how his company provides the best driveway replacement, and his quote was excellent. David and his crew arrived on time and he personally supervised the project. They were professional, did exactly what David said they would, completed the driveway in 2 days, and David followed up on the work. He again, takes a lot of his time to explain how to care for our new driveway. OUR DRIVEWAY IS BEAUTIFUL! I find myself just staring at how perfect it looks, I love it. The driveway was in need of repair when I purchased the home two years ago. I received 3 estimates and chose Nu-Look Driveways for their professionalism, and the time David spent explaining how the work would be performed and materials that would be used. I was provided with a list of references with addresses to view work the company had performed. David's crew were fantastic. They did a great job making sure everything was back in place and cleaned up when they finished the job.

Nu look did replacements and repairs throughout our community. Within the first year there are many issues including cracks, broken pieces, discoloration, and overall horrible workmanship. While completing the concrete work they also cut power lines to our neighborhood pool and to one of the light poles over our mailbox. So now we have no lights around our pool or at the mail. Our HOA board has tried reaching out to them multiple times to fulfill our warranty issues with no success. David the owner continually puts them off stating he is too busy month after month. He will not fulfill our warranty repairs. I would not recommend this company.

"pro was contacted by Julie 1 year after job was completed saying that they ghad damaged the circut to outdoor light when thy worked on pool. she is the home owners association president when complaint was made not when work was done. the pro worked dailey with the exististing president who excepted the work when it was done with no isuues and julie was not part of the proecess unti 1 year later. pro made an appointment to meeat with her to discuss her complaint and waited for 1 hour after scheduled meeting time and she nevever showed up. please remove this rating."

For a residential job, it was fairly large, about 25 yards of concrete. They first had to delay the start of my job due to weather issues the week before, and had the courtesy to notified me several days in advance of the situation. David and his crew were very friendly, and responsive to my design changes when laying out the forms. In addition, David had them do a custom look with the control joints that really sets the driveway apart from the others in the neighborhood. On the day of the pour there were probably 10 guys here, each with specific specialties and responsibilities, and performed like a well oiled machine. The day after, the guys came back and cleaned up any mess that was left from the day before. Of course, with concrete, only time will tell, but the appearance of the driveway and front porch far exceeded my expectations. I have had several neighbors come by to comment on how nice it looks.

Replaced my drive way and front porch, David was very easy to talk to and work with, Lowest Quote and they performed everything he said they would. Even allowed some last minute changes for very reasonable price, The Crew was very hard working and did a wonderful job. One day tear out and placing forms then next day they poured the concrete. Driveway is amazing and all the neighbors are very impressed. Defiantly recommend. Thanks Nu-Look Driveways. My home has an all new awesome look.
