NuLook Home Design provided exemplary service. Working with them was one of the most seamless and customer friendly experiences I have ever had. I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote. I will certainly do business with NuLook in the future. Thank You.

Great work, very impressed with the results of my project.

Hard working crew did a great job. Only thing that was slightly lackluster was the search for old roofing nails. Project manager came back out and ran another sweep for nails. I think they need better magnet equipment as we still found nails in the grass. Overall I would use them for future projects.

Very professional, told us about all options and provided final costs. Stayed in constant contact with us, cleaned up when finished. Excellent job!!!
