We signed a contract on February 13th and it took 10 months to get a small addition done on our home. We had a project manager that we never heard from and then learned that he had been fired and no one got in touch with us for several weeks. We were then assigned a new project manager and he was good but he no longer works there either. Then, it took 5 weeks once an architect came to get the drawings. The owner was expecting the project manager to do all the work and provided him with no help. I received two calls from the architect saying he was going to take the company to small claims court because he hadnâ t been paid, Then an intent for lien was mailed to us from an attorney because the concrete company was stating they hadnâ t been paid. The contractors that did the dry wall did a terrible job and I had to require that they come back and redo it all again. We are now at the end of November and there is still a part of the project that still hasnâ t been completed. The customer service with the company is not good. So, based on the experience that I had with this company, I would not recommend them for any projects.

David Schwartz had truss specialist on site to review damage to truss system caused by hail/wind storm. Wind had come up soffits damaged truss/roof framing. Also had crew on site day roof was replaced.

Had a per level room not in use for years windows leaking weather into sills got into drywall contacted nu look Dave came out gave me the estimate of around $3300.00 Very prompt very very professional in every way . D ave such a nice man checked on the work daily with either a visit or by phone to me. Their work was finished sooner than first thought. The workers are so polite so2 new windows ,new drywall and paint new carpet all came in around $2900. Just about $400. less they gave me a wonderful room and experience I've told all my friends would hire them again and again. Mike Williams

The worst experience I've had with a contractor. They took at least 3 times what it should have taken to do the job. Out of three weeks I only knew ahead of time 3 days that they would be at my home. After the fifth day the contractor tried raising the estimate by 50%, $2000, saying it was more work than he thought when in reality it was because his employees are incompetent. It took two employees 18 hours which was the first three days of work to remove and install two exterior doors. There were no problems with the doors, just incompetence. One day after they replaced stone blocks around the sliding door they installed, two of the blocks fell out. What's that work going to be like a year from now? A security door was installed so that it opens in the wrong direction. They left trash all over my property, spat chewing tobacco right outside doors to my house, used my tools without asking to do their work, said things were done but I looked and had to point out unfinished or sloppy work, arrived late and left early after 2 1/2 hours of work, left personal trash inside my house and backyard, and when I pointed out the tongue from the doorknob was hitting the trim leaving marks, I was told that I got the wrong trim even though it's the same throughout the house without problems. The trim they installed was up against the striker plate causing the tongue to hit the trim before the plate. They wouldn't correct it. The last day was the worst, but I did not find out it was the last day until the contractor called me three hours after the employees left. They left the project unfinished. They took on something they could not do appropriately. I regret having trusted this contractor, and I would not recommend them to anyone for anything based on my experience.

"We try to create positive experiences and happy customers. We take our reviews very seriously and we accept full responsibility for our faults. However, I would like to state we made several failed attempts to contact you to schedule and/or reschedule via phone and email. The lapses in time sir were due to poor and less than conducive weather conditions; also waiting while you exchanged and got the correct doors that would fit properly. We could not just show up to continue the exterior repairs as you do own two aggressive breed of dogs and they would be less than inviting if you were not present and they were out. The estimated increase in price was due to your purchasing larger doors than were originally present at time of estimate. We would then need to cut out limestone and framework and reframe for larger doors. Which also would make the finishing job larger as well. All around it would have then been larger job than originally agreed upon. The incomplete work you mentioned consisted of paint touch ups and two pieces of trim; which we discussed and agreed we would be returning to finish when weather had warmed. As for the employee who borrowed the broom, dustpan and hammer and was spitting in your yard; we do NOT condone this as we fully supply all equipment for our employees and he has been since relieved of his duties. Myself, the owner of Nu Look Home Service, and my field supervisor both inspected all the work done by the employees. It was all quality work. You even verbally agreed that the doors fit well and had improved the warmth of the home. I thought we had resolved the situation and had even received your payment, but to my dismay you had posted negative reviews. We intend to honor our agreement of returning in the spring. I apologize you are still so displeased , but we have tried to be accommodating. Best Regards, Nu Look Home Service"

The owner was the world's nicest person and he sent somene out to re place the siding which had fallen off, VERY PROMPTLY. We had rains coming and I felt like he treated us like it was his home. I am going to use him for additional work.

David dispatched Zach and Travis to our home whereupon they quickly assessed the problem, developed a solution, and effected the necessary repairs on the spot! All involved were very professional and very courteous people with whom to work making the experience a very pleasant one.
