New roof is still under warranty, is leaking, they checked it, it has been nearly 3 months and they have yet to tell me what they are going to do about it. Will not respond to my correspondence. Next step will be the BBB.

Friendly. Turned up right away to give estimate. Did great job replacing the roof.

The salesman was very good. New the product, and the product offered was superior to others. Price was lowest but not by much. After hiring, the communication from the project manager was sketchy. They didn't come when they said, and the crew that did show up did not appear to be professional. They appeared to be a subcontracted group. They had not company trucks, no company logo displayed anywhere. The installation of the roof went ok, but I was not impressed (I am a professional construction estimator/project manager). When they tried to do the chimney flashing, they sent their worst mechanic who did a very poor job. He was the only one who drove a Company truck and wore a company shirt. I rejected his work and they sent another subcontractor to re-do it. This guy did a good job. There was also another part of the roof sheathing they were suppose to repair or replace. Several days after they were done, this repair failed. It took a week or so until they fixed that. Overall the experience was stressful. I should have held 10% or more in retainage, and taken off work to supervise the job. I thought I was hiring a professional crew. I believe they could do better, but need some more experience and feedback from customers. I will be writing to the owner about this.

The work was okay. Our roof is replaced and looks nice but the workers were pretty destructive. Many of the old shingles were left on the tops of bushes and in the grass, there were some caught in our rain spouting, and an end cap to our rain spouting was knocked off. I called the company about that and they said they would have someone come put it back but that never happened. The worst was their finance company. I was quoted 6.9% interest on a $5,000.00 loan but that company (GreenSky) stated that I was denied that and approved for an interest rate of 26.99%!!!! I NEVER AGREED TO THAT and they cannot show me where I authorized any such arrangement. As such, I've hired an attorney because at their interest rate, I will have paid $12,000+ for a $5,000 loan by the end of that repayment term. I never would have agreed to that. All that said, I would not recommend Home Renu because of their lack of attention to detail and terrible finance companies.

It was a small area roof install. I would hire them again to replace my whole roof.

Home ReNu replaced the roof on my main house and one outbuilding. Very attentive, helpful and friendly staff. It was about 2 weeks from estimate to job start, and it was completed less than a week later. Workers arrived promptly each morning and worked 9-10 hours a day, including weekends, until the job was done. Clean up was excellent. Good price, good work, great roof! Thanks guys!

the price of the estimate was the same a week later when iI decided to have the work done. There was no presure to hire them.

This company is GREAT!!! The job was for a peel and replace shingle roof. The estimate gave me a 2-3 week start date which was okay, it wasn't an emergency; they started the job in 4 days. The price was very reasonable, the warranty is outstanding and everyone from the clerical staff to the project manager was friendly, courteous and helpful. Completed the job completely, the first time. The roof looks wonderful. No residual waste left behind. I would highly recommend this company. I am going to have them back for replacement windows.

We've hired ReNu to replace our old aluminum siding. They responded to my inquiry immediately. All representatives I have spoken with are extremely knowledgable and friendly. Waiting for install before I can give them a five!

Work quality was good, but it took longer to start the job than I was told. Was hard to get a call back for a start date. Roof was nicely done though.

Stuck to estimate I really can't say anything better than that. Workers were polite.And hard working. Cleanup was great. Steve seems to be a great guy also. I would hire them again.

Very professional from beginning to end. Sales representative explained everything about the process . Crew came in did an outstanding job on my roof. They came in like a well oiled machine and completed the job professionally and ahead of schedule. Awesome teamwork and communication from sales representative, customer service & installation crew were exceptional. Highly recommend to friends and coworkers!

The crew that showed up and did the work were very good. Our house is older and they had a time with the old timbers and other's "fix's". They did little details which really added to the overall look when they were done. One thing, they worked great till then end, the calk job isn't the best, which I let the salesman know. Also they didn't finish putting back the vent pipe which they took off. But even with those two events I would recommend them.

People were friendly to work with. Workers were professional and very hard working.

They were a day late coming back to finish the job and they left a securment line for a ladder hanging from my roof.

The quality of the roof install seems good and the crew who completed it was knowledgeable and friendly. Installation warranty is nice to have as well. Customer service leading up to the install left something to be desired.

Salesman was as nice as could be. Doesn't talk you into anything. Work with your budget. They actually do another walk around to make sure they order the correct materials. They out porch, garage lights back up or new ones if you bought them. This company can do anything. They are also redoing our porch. Very professional. Would use them again for sure.
