They were AMAZING!! Not only were they quick, professional and clean, but they were just great people who were easy to talk to. Not only did they do an amazing job in the bathroom, but they looked around my wreck of a construction site and gave us great quotes on other projects that we had half finished. They were a real life-saver!!! We've already hired them again!

Al and Paola did an really good job in resurfacing/glazing our bathroom what it feels like new. Al was very helpful with his advices and recommendations. If you are looking for a good person to resurface your bathtub, tiles of just painting all around. Al is my recommendation to you.

Once he agreed on the price and was performing the job, he sad that to do a good job he would have to charge more. Not happy with the quality of the work.
Response from Nu Surface
"You did not call me to tell me that you have an issue with your reglazed bathroom,If you did ,I would have come back to make you happy, that is always my priority.I called you after you left the review, cause I was surprised that you didn't like the job ,I agreed to your price only cause you said it is a rental apartment ,so you didn't want to spend that much, but now I learned my lesson,I can't do jobs for half of the price and the customer expecting perfection .I did exactly what you asked me to do for that price.Sorry that you are not happy,we have before and after pictures and they are on our web pages, and it looks good.Blessings"

First time that I've ever written a review but couldnt let the chance to give kudos for al and paola for a job well done. Had my stall shower pan resurfaced and looks good as new plus it was a pleasure to work with these two folks.

Excellent communication, great price, scheduled quickly, excellent workmanship, and great follow up. We had old peach tiles with black trim in our bathroom. Alfred and Paola worked great together to keep our black trim, and change only the peach tiles to white. They also refinished the tub. It looks like we have a brand new bathroom! Anyone who sees it asks me for their info. We are so happy with NuSurface and would definitely recommend them.

Al and his wife came in this morning to resurface my bathtub. They arrived early and both had big smiles. My co-op management office asked for a lot of paperwork (contract, insurance, applications) which took almost an hour for Al to finish, during which was absolutely optimistic, very patient and didn't complain a single word. The work took only about 1.5 hours and they always tried to go out of the building to mix the paint (so my apt wouldn't have that much smell) and come back in for the work. The bathtub was finished up perfect and I'm just so happy I asked them.Absolutely 5 stars service

The experience was incredibly seamless and easy. Al and his wife operate so professionally and were so organized, prompt, and courteous. It was great to finally deal with a company that was no-nonsense, organized, and charged a reasonable and affordable price for extremely high quality work, all with a smile. Al resurfaced our bathtub and shower and they look brand new, beautiful! I'm extremely happy with the results and would hire them for a job in the future in a heartbeat. A great find!

Talk about a tub resurface job? Al came in and did an excellent job on my bathtub. I was very pleased. After the job was completed I was amazed at how it looked like I just bought a brand new tub. Very professional work and Al is a very nice person to work with and shows that he really cares about his work. I highly recommend Nu Surface. I cannot help but keep looking at my tub. Very impressed with Nu Surface work.
