I just had a new central A/C installed by Nu-Temp (Ken & Matt), and have to give them 5 stars for a nice, clean, neat installation. The price I got for for a 10 year warrantied Rheem was the lowest of 3 estimates by $900 from the owner Tony. He also gave me a great price for my Grandson's home for heater & A/C. I highly recommend them. Tom Jackson

We had issues with the heater after it was installed that did not have anything to do with the installation but they were available to correct and help with the issues. I was impressed that the owner of the company came out himself to address the issues with us.

Technician was on time and very knowledgeable and also friendly. He found what was wrong with my air contitioner unit immediately and fixed it for me. I was very much pleased. I know if I need service again I will definately use this company.

The estimator and crew that did the installation were great. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the first crew that came out said the equipment would not fit through the attic space. The second contractor simply removed the molding and then reinstalled it when he was done.

Ken and Matt came to my home on time and very professional they took the time to explain everything to me including thermastat, help me program it and everything went well, I didn't feel rushed . Thank you Nu-Temp

The guy was nice enough but this company charged 89.00 to come out and see if they could repair which was fine but then tells me they have a supplier and that's the only way to get the heater part 200.00 for the ignitor plus 89.00 for coming then he didn't check for anything else and I had another problem the next week I have had repairmen do inspections on the entire heater for less than what I was charge plus it was freezing and the were late coming I waited hours he took 25.00 dollars off the bill

The technician came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent about 2 hours just to identify the issue and the cost for the initial problem along with the service fee was very inexpensive. The additional problem after further examination was what caused the price to go up. I will say my furnace is running smoothly and the technician even performed an annual assessment. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with the service.

Superb service. Very conscientious. Concerned about the customer. Show great concern for the customer. I have recommended them to many people.
