They did an incredible job. They were able to get terrible pet stains from my mother's dogs out which I thought I was going to have portions of the carpet replaced but they got every stain out leaving the carpet looking new again. I'm highly satisfied with their work and highly recommend their service. Great Job!!!

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
They told me they were confident with their process and that they would be able to remove the animal urine stains and smell from a couch. It is a velvet couch so I made sure to ask if they had a process for this material. They had the best of intentions but they were unsuccessful with the final outcome. And unfortunately after they worked on a cushion the velvet material is now permanently matted down and ruined. And still smells of urine. They tried. But, did not succeed and now I need to order a new cushion from the couch manufacturers.
