Chris and his crew are great. Following an emergency situation at my home which resulted in damage to my door, I contacted Chris and he responded right away and his crew made sure my home was secure again. What started out as a 1-day project turned into 3 days. The first day, the drywall guy left for about an hour to run an errand with another employee, the carpenter left at midday to get to another job out-of-State, and Chris left for a couple of hours. Long story short, the drywall was repaired but the ceiling didn't get painted until the next day and the stair railing they installed wasn't assembled and painted correctly. The carpenter and another worker came back 4 days later. The carpenter fixed the incorrectly spaced spindles in the railing. The other worker touched up the ceiling and I thought was going to sand & repaint the railing. But she left to get some trim for the railing and never returned. The carpenter said she called him to say she was meeting with a potential customer to provide an estimate & asked him to finish up. Apparently there was a misunderstanding about sanding and painting the railing. I ended up telling them I'd do it myself. Also, I had Chris install a new back porch light for me the first day. I recently got on a ladder to clean the light and discovered that it isn�t even secured tightly to the wall. There was a half-inch gap between the wall and the backplate of the light, so that had to be fixed. When I�ve hired contractors in the past, they stayed and worked all day. They didn�t work for a few hours and then disappear to do something else or go to another job. And if they said the job would take a day, it took a day. Chris may want to do a good job, but I think he has taken on more work than he can handle with the workers he has. They did a good job on the ceiling repair, but I was not at all satisfied with the other work.

"Our team members have over 20 years each experience and take pride in their work. The team did everything they could to respond to this customer - even returning a third time to address 2 pin point sized spaces in the ceiling where there was something like a rust bleed through. There was no stated one day time frame as drywall is a process that can take several days - needing to cure properly. At the end of each task, the customer was sought out for approval - which was received before the technician left for other work. This included the handrail which the customer stated was "as smooth as a baby's bottom;" and this included the issue with the light and it's back plate. As a locally operated company, we do not work outside the State of Maryland. We do apologize that the specific employee the customer wanted to return could not as he is not a carpenter or handyman. However, the carpenter did return to move the one spindle less than 1/4" but there was no need to paint or repaint the spindles as they were pre-painted. As a free added touch, the carpenter added trim to a main baluster at the stairway to provide a more polished finish. While other contractors may work all day - our employees have specific skills and once they have acknowledgement from the customer that their specific task is completed to satisfaction - they move to the next assignment. We don't walk away from our customers and we are very surprised this review comes more than a month after completion."

Chris is very good. His crew is mannerly and took care of my floors. They cleaned up after themselves. They took 3 spaces and created one living environment.
