My refrigerator went on the blink. I called Freddie and described the issue and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He was able to squeeze me in between two appointment and had my refrigerator back in running condition about an hour after I called him. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. He will be my go to guy for appliance repair in the future.

Freddie was efficient, friendly and very professional. He installed a new toilet beautifully and cleaned up all the area. He is coming again today to service my dishwasher . I highly recommend NU WAY Appliance!

The service was outstanding. the repairman responded to the voice mail within an hour and arranged his schedule and came out 20 minutes later. Our Freezer stopped working and he quickly within 5 minutes was able to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helped us with a few other issues like the Ice maker. This was truly OUTSTANDING!

You know the feeling of dread when you donâ t know how much a company is going to charge you then you are surprised because you have a company that does not rip you off. Freddie, one of two brothers and co-owner of Nuway was able to come the day after I called him and fixed my washer quickly and charged me fairly. I will be using Nuway from now on for my repairs.

Lost my oven element 3 days before Christmas which could have been a disaster. Called Freddie and he was there the next morning and had the problem taken care of in twenty minutes. He could have upsold an element but instead gave me the options. Would highly recommend.

They came out and diagnosed my fridge . Told me what I needed . Came back the next day with the part and installed it. No more problems since . In my opinion the price was fair and reasonable. They kept everything very clean . No messes left behind. And everything was well documented from start to finish with a contract and reciepts.

My call was returned within 15 minutes of my initial contact and that was on a Sunday. Furthermore, Mike came out and repaired my freezer that same day. My husband was already shopping for a replacement, which we could not afford at this time. Mike was quick, friendly and knows his business. He is on my speed dial for all future appliance repair needs. :)
