I was very impressed with expertise in the process. I had ceiling surround speakers installed. They very throughly inspected the ceiling with endoscope to see which way beams were running and ensured there was no ducting or other wiring in the way before they even cut the first hole. Installation was superb and completed the set-up and configuration of my surround system and walked me through how to use it. I would highly recommend Nucleas for any Audio Visual project you have.

The company did not listen to me right off the bat... I told them to hang my TV to the ceiling as high up as it would go and went in the other room...when I came back, they had it hung 3 feet down from the ceiling and told me i would like it better that way for my neck. I got very fustrated with this and now, in the end, I have all my wires showing when they had to come back to raise it right.

"You originally called us out to use your mount - you purchased the wrong mount and we gave you ours at dealer cost. You asked for the TV to be mounted 'as high as possible' which it was. It was not mounted 3 feet from the ceiling, it was mounted exactly 18 inches from the ceiling for two reasons: The ceiling fan is 12 inches down and I did not want the view to be obstructed. The second, and main reason are that your cables were BARELY long enough where they were. It literally was as high as possible. We came back, moved the TV up and included completely dismantling the mount to include your new component shelf. The cables did not need to be as long with the shelf, and were no longer a problem. The only wire that is showing is your power cable because it is still not long enough to move the cable up. We told you if you wanted it higher you would need an electrician to add an outlet there."

Great Company, On Time (actually a lil early) ... Very Knowledgeable, I was Thinking of Mounting the TV Higher, but their Years of Experience, convinced Me that Eye level was the way to Go ... Perfection ... Perfect Height when Reclined or Sitting normal ... EXCELLENT Price ... Great Conversation ... EXCELLENT Job with Mounting and Hiding Cables ... I will Have them Do My Surround Sound and other Wall Mounts throughout my House ... VERY Good Job ...
