They came on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They did a good job but did not leave any instructions on how much or how long we would need to water the grass.

the clean up was not thorough. Grass was left on the sidewalk after mowing but Imma chalk it up to the grass being a little moist. Was not 100% pleased with the work for the money charged.

Nueva Vista is extremely responsive and they are always on time for my lawn cutting service.

I am sorely disappointed with Nueva Vista L&I! I had only one lawn treatment in June 2015. The workers came only to mow, but during the hot months there was really nothing but weeds to mow due to no treatment! I called in August re-lawn treatment, no reply. Finally in September, Walter came over to see the yard! He said they inadvertently left me out of the treatment schedule. To rectify, Walter said he would aerate for free in the Fall, but I was charged $325 for seeding! Go figure. Today, my yard is filled with weeds and bald spots! WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY! My texts are never answered, my emails take days for a reply. I have never been treated so badly as a customer. Being busy is not an excuse for a business! Very unprofessional. Very uncaring. Very sad. situation.

This company does not provide good customer service. They do not honor their warranty and Walter hangs up when you call on the telephone to discuss warranty situations. For instance, Walter is refusing to provide me a warranty statement on the irrigation system that they installed, to confirm the 1 year warranty. They further installed sod that died twice after they installed it stating a 30 day warranty even though the sod was replaced within the warranty period. They come to house when you are not at home to fix their errors and do not even provide you the courtesy of letting you know they were at the home. Based on the customer demonstrated, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Further I am proceeding to take legal action regarding my irrigation system warranty. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Professional; cleaned up after they left; price was great; first trip out to my home, and I didn't even have to be there! My yard was not an easy defeat for them, it had not been mowed for nearlly a month!

EXCEPTIONAL, REASONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I searched HomeAdvisor for companies and found Neuva Vista and another company. Within minutes of clicking 'Submit' Walter called me and gave me a quote for service. Walter called me back a few hours later to follow-up and was able to come out and complete my service the same day. He was polite, honest, thorough, and professional. I would enthusiastically recommend this business to other homeowners! I plan to become a repeat customer!
