Pleasant experience. Showed up on time and did the work as expected. While leaving, he told me that he has damaged the water hose and that he was Ok if I deduct its cost. Like the honesty.

Very reliable. Great service and price â always willing to be flexible. Iâ ve used other companies in the past and had stopped using pool companies because I was being overcharged for chemicals. Iâ ve been using Neuva Vista all summer and my bill is exactly what I was quoted.

Based on the other 27 Reviews all 5 Stars, i hope you don't make a decision based on this specific review. This was a unique situation. Ms P. Called me to open her pool, never mentioned the pool was not operational for over 5 years. I get there and find the pool in terrible shape, Me being a gentlemen , i went ahead and completed the opening and got paid for THAT service. Went back to do a follow up ,Gate access was locked. Knocked on front door and waited for over 15 minutes, and got no answer " this whole time her car was parked in front driveway". Anyway, i left and didn't hear back from her for over 2 weeks, until i saw this Review.
