Nugent's Pro Tree Care

Had to request owner to come back to home to finish the tree removal from my yard. Many wood chips left in my yard causing grass to die. Oil spillage all over my asphalt driveway from equipment & trucks. Causing the need to resurface driveway. Owner denies any damage caused or responsibility. Would not recommend this tree service. Hire at your own peril.

The only reason that I gave 4.5 on service is that the crew missed one limb in the yard when they cleaned up and one dead limb that we had asked to be taken out of one tree. We talked to the crew about this and they assured us they would do it but they did not. I suspect that had we talked to the foreman, it would have gotten done. The foreman was top notch.

My small tree was removed quickly and all debris was removed. My only complaint is that I was left with an uneven front lawn that now has a large mound on it . It wasnâ t leveled properly.

I'm an old farm kid - retired executive and adhere to performance driven results! I've been thru 4 different companies since 2015 - these guys ran circles around all the others combined!! Honest - punctual - quality driven - professional - friendly - explained in detail the need to fee a 30 empire palm - i was so impressed I recommended them to a property manager. she used them immediately - called and raved about them - they have been put on the HOA recommended list -- forget the rest -- these guys are the best!!!

Great experience from beginning call to the end. They worked very hard cutting down a good size palm tree and trimming another. They left everything neat when leaving. They also hauled away everything. All workers were very polite and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Very professional, cleaned up nicely., worked about 4 straight hours to remove three trees. I would hire them again

They worked fast and efficiently. It was a tough project due to the size of the trees and available space to work on my property - even Neville and Davy Tree services would not take it! I expected some yard damage due to heavy equipment but there were a lot of depressions and tire grooves left! Wish they would have put down some boards. They also had to trim some of our large pine tree limbs to make room for the crane to rotate - was not expecting that and was not happy with that. One of the trucks had a water/oil leak that left stains on the road and a little of the driveway - not pretty. Most of the debris was raked and disposed of but a couple of small piles were missed. Glad the project is done as I have wanted those trees out for a few years now because of damage they could have done to our home from a bad storm.

I really like this professional that they were pretty good they cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job I will use them again if I need another tree cut down thank you.

Professional, timely, great price. Removed 3 trees for me in the summer less than two weeks after the quote. Easily handled the project and was cleaned up in about a 1/2 day. Two of the trees were surrounded by bushes and plants that were not damaged. Would definitely use again.

They were punctual, professional and friendly. Cleaned up after the job and even cleaned out the gutters where the tree had been next to the house. Price was good. Would highly recommend.

The tree I hired him to take down is still in my backyard. He cashed the check I wrote for $4500 in January but had not done the work.

I want to take a minute and thank Mr. Nugent and his crew for the great work they did removing a very large tree from my property. The tree was close to the house and failing. It would not have been long before it did significant damage, and I am grateful not to have that worry anymore. The entire job was reasonably priced and professionally done by a hard-working crew that knew what they were doing. They took all the necessary precautions, worked safely, cleaned up everything so that when done you would not even have known they were here, Needless to say, it was an overall great experience, and I would recommend Nugent' Pro Tree Care without hesitation.

Let's just say Nugent is not a company I would willingly deal with ever again. They might have finished job but had to deal with way too much drama getting the tree removed. They also damaged my lawn and ignored 811 buried utility markings by driving on those areas with very heavy equipment.

Stuck with the first quote and got everything done even with the poor weather he maintained contact and would either text or call me and would do his best to meet the time lines given.

Brent did a great job with the removal of the 2 trees we needed help with.

Gave me two options on my bid. Stuck to the proposal and did the job in one day a couple weeks later on the day before Christmas Eve. Now I'm looking to work with them again on a smaller project.

They removed a large maple tree in my backyard that was shading solar panels. With their crew and a crane they sectioned and lifted pieces right over my house and garage. They completed the job in under 4 hours with a thorough cleanup and hauling away everything. Their price was competitive and scheduling was much sooner than their competition. I have no problem recommending them for tree removal.
