Travis and his team did an outstanding job in trapping a very evasive rodent! They trapped this rat in less time than the previous company who already failed to do so in over a month. They changed their strategy weekly to narrow down the rodents active areas. There was not one message, text or call that was not answered promptly. I used home advisor to find someone to remove insulation from my attic and install new after the attic was treated for mold. We had some miscommunication between us and the other company treating the mold and even had some questions about the work that was being completed. Working with Travis ended up being an awesome experience. He worked with us and help smooth out the bumps we had. Travis met with us personally to make sure he did everything in his power to help correct the concerns. Problems happen through projects and I understand that, and so does Travis.
